Long lasting!
The shipment arrived on time with no damage. The battery is good and does lasts longer than the original Canon power shot battery camera. Good investment for the price. You can use the same camera charger, I would recommend this product.

Works well, much cheaper!
I haven't actually done a shoot-off, counting the shots, but in everyday use it seems to last longer than the official battery. It is certainly no worse, and it is a lot cheaper!

It works great compared to the Cannon battery price. I would recommend this battery if you want to hv an extra and don't want to spend much money for a cannon battery.

The camera purchase clearly implied the need to buy the battery...which was a waste as a battery comes with the camera.

Not As Good As Factory
I bought this extra battery for my Canon 520 because it seemed to have the best reviews for a battery cheaper than the 80 bucks that Canon wanted. After using the Wasabi for 6 months or so, I'm not sure I'd make the same decision. It seems like all I do these days is switch out batteries. The Canon battery has been charged maybe 90 times and yet it's only holding a charge for an hour (and that's not using the camera for the entire hour). The Wasabi has never seemed to hold a charge as long. I have my camera settings to conserve as much power as possible, except that I do leave it on auto-focus --which I know is an energy drain. But when I first got the camera, it seems like it was a month before I had to charge it. Now, it's weekly or even more frequently (and at the same rate of picture taking).

incredible deal
Needed an extra battery for my Canon 4500 SI (notorious for its short battery life) but didn't want to pay for another pricey Canon battery. The Wasabi Power Battery was a great option! Would definitely get more in the future for my other cameras.

I have a canon powershot sd45000 and this battery worked very well. I didn't have any problems. I recommend it.
