Lasagna is one of the oldest known formats. Probably it corresponds to the Latin "lagana" which in turn comes from the Greek "laganon": large leaf and plate with striped dough; the format is referred to as "lasagna" after the year. The first traces of its wide distribution as "lasagna" come from the writings of the most famous Italian poets of the 12th century. "Pepper wins/practical lasagna" quotes Jacopon of Todi. However, Cecco Angiolieri warns the reader: "Whoever leaves out the flour does not attract it." As always, one of the most popular and popular Italian dishes, looks the most popular and simplest recipe, consisting of sauce, beige sauce and parmesan, while the use of mozzarella has only recently been introduced. Also widely used are the delicious white versions with mushroom or vegetable spices.
