Well all seems to be working just fine , certainly a big improvement on my original battery .

Fantastic replaicement. My Dell E 5470 have a new life now. Easy to install. I'm really recomended this battery.

Dead On Arrival, but Amazon CS to the rescue...
Did not power the laptop when installed, did not charge when mains adaptor connected (light came on for precisely one second) and battery "Not Installed" in the BIOS. Reinstalled with same result. Original battery reinstated which instantly worked (it's just not holding the charge for >2 hours now, hence the replacement).There is no option to contact the seller so replacement was impossible.As no carrier will accept a solo Lithium-Ion battery, I was stuck trying to return it (correct labels or not!).Thankfully Amazon CS have arranged a refund without having to return this defective battery and it will be safely recycled ASAP.I've now ordered a genuine Dell battery; more cost, less hassle and I can at least contact THAT seller if I need to...5 Stars only for Amazon in this case!

dose not charge, its not working ok
The media could not be loaded. I hope this finds you well. I have given it time to change for almost a week but no change on the screen charging notification. I want to return it for a refund.
