This arrived prompt but had to be returned it didn’t fit and broke trying to install iv had this item before so I no I ordered the right one it was very shoddy for the price of £9-99

It didn’t fit at first so I had to bend the top clip so it did. It hasn’t lasted all that long either. It looks like a 3D printed model and the mesh has been glued on, which also could have fallen into the kettle. Not impressed at all.

Product was as described so fitted our kettle as stated. It arrived promptly, price just seems a little high for such a small spare part. But it's doing the job we needed and that's the main thing.

the bottom clip broke after locating it and pushing the top clip in…..even though i practised first using the old fitting…..the right part but maybe heating it up a bit under the hot water tap may make it more flexible for installation….

Purchased this to replace the one on the left but broke in the same place costing 11 quid. Poor very very poor

Perfect fit for my retro kettle the last one had fallen apart. Little steep in the pricing but the kettle was expensive and it does filter the crap limescale

The item should have fitted butinserting it it broke, no give in it

This fits Russell Hobbs 21674 perfectly 🥰 . Exactly same as original. Arrived in 24 hours.Please Remove scale from round where it clips in. Otherwise you could break the clip that holds it in. A little fiddling to get it in, it has a tight fit. (as you want otherwise it will fall out,) .
