Solid and all metal construction !
Really happy with this purchase. A quality all metal fan that came fully assembled and ready to use. A great looking oil rubbed bronze finish. Much higher quality than cheap plastic fans found in most stores. Highly recommend !

Great fan!
I've had this for a few years now. Sturdy construction and it still works great. High quality old school fan.

Nice fan
I love the bronze retro look of this fan. Looks nice in my home. Works great and is not loud. Just a nice humming noise to sleep to. Nice airflow, too!

We’re a fan!
The fan works great! The construction is much sturdier than the all plastic fan we had before. This fan is all metal! We recommend it.

moves the air nicely
I actually had bought a fan at Home Good that didn't move the air--I know, it's hard to believe, but I could stand right in front of it and barely felt it--THIS one moves the air nicely and I am very happy with how it works and how it looks

Bought the same fan 9 yrs ago, what happened?
I bought this same fan back in 2015. Yes, 9 years ago. It worked fine but I took it apart to clean the blades and couldn't get it back together. I tried and tried but to no avail, I couldn't.Understandably so, it's seen it's better days, the metal blades were pitted, they seemed worn, etc, but it still worked!!I decided to toss it and replace it.This new one, out of the box, the only difference was that the knobnto change power and speed and the pull up botton to stop oscillating mode seemed cheap, loose and flimsy, but the fan worked fine. ( I thought, oh boy, this button won't last long.)My original review was going to be about the flimsy button.Well, today, after having it for 1 week and using it for about 2-3 times, the oscillating mode stops, and it clicks before it makes one pass. I've tried several times to work the pull up button to fix and nothing helps.I'm not happy about this at all.Quality control? I am disgusted. Is that non existent today? It's clear there's something wrong with this fan, but it was boxed up and sold to consumers? How could the same fan that I bought 9 years ago last that long and now this one, lasts less than a week?Tossing it in the trash and buying a better quality fan.I'm not going through the trouble of returning it because it should work and last. Not much to ask but apparently it is.A Hunter brand should've been my first choice but decided to reorder this one because it lasted so long for me.Manufacturers should stick with quality parts instead of skimping on cheap ones. It should be a no brainer but this day and age it isn't.If you want a fan that lasts a long time, pass on this one. Don't waste your hard earned money like I did.

I was amazed at Amazon's customer service
I was amazed at Amazon's customer service. Even though Amazon's expediters shipped me the wrong color, customer service responded immediately and polity. They sent a replacement overnight. They did not even make me wait until they got the incorrect one back. I did not pay for shipping it back either.I bought it because it goes along with our decor but was pleasantly surprised to see the that the fan is high quality. I have only purchased the cheapest fans before. I believe the motor will last many years. It reminds me of the fans my grandfather had. It looks just like the picture and blows very hard and relatively quietly. 1 is a great setting for everyday use. 3 is blows too hard for anything but an extremely hot day. Cosmetically it is exactly what I hoped it would be except for an unattractive screw in the back.
