Purchased these a couple of months and I couldn't be happier. It's a hell of a lot cheaper than a gym membership, and a hell of a lot more fun than just lifting weights. I'd like to point out that I'm new to gym rings, so my opinion is not that of an expert. They're comfortable, have good grip, and the weight feels just right. There is a light seam from the manufacturing process, but you can only tell if you're specifically looking for it, and I would be surprised if anyone noticed while using them.I installed clips for them to hang from on the support column in my basement, and that's where I usually use them. If I feel like I want some sun, I'll throw them over a strong tree branch outside. All-in-all, completely satisfied with this purchase.

These exercise rings were shipped very quickly and even came with a nice little carry bag. The rings are very strong and sturdy and so are the straps. The cam buckles hold the straps very well and I can only assume those who have had problems are threading the straps the wrong way; I have had no issues of slippage whatsoever. I have no fear of the straps not being able to hold me when doing rows, dips, hangs, or suspended push-ups, and I weigh close to 190 lbs.The only (super minor) negative I have is that I wish there were marked height indicators on the straps (like the EXF Rings). It would make adjustments faster and more accurate, but it's definitely not a deal breaker.Other than that, I have no complaints about this product but I did make it a little better for myself by purchasing two carabiners for the sole purpose of being able to clip the straps to a fence for more challenging suspended exercises. Also, it's easier and faster to hang them from a bar at the park without having to re-feed the straps through the cam buckles each time.In conclusion, Black Mountain Products is a great company and these exercise rings are perfect for my needs!

Outside of buying a bike and a camelbak, buying these has been the best use of money toward personal fitness I've made.With these you can work out outdoors and not in some stuffy gym filled with a bunch of attitude.These are dirt-simple to use and require only a stable horizontal bar for use. I think I paid about $25.00 for these and use them at least twice a week -- great for working those stabilizer muscles! Some may get into a spirited debate about these vs. TRX bands. My 2 cents is that rings like these afford the user a wider range of motion (e.g. doing a Skin the Cat) than with TRX bands. I've got a TRX system from work so I didn't have to pay for them... I hear they're way more expensive.Bottom line: Rings allow you to do more than with TRX bands at a fraction of the price...especially if you buy these. Highly recommend.

These rings were very reasonably priced and came as pictured with 2 long straps with buckles, two rings, and a carrying case.My main criticism is that the buckles are not very strong and I had to wrap the strap around the ring a few times to support the buckle, which slips when putting some force and weight on it.The rings themselves are solid and attractive. And the straps are nice and long. I hang them from a pull-up bar in my basement as well as on the rafters in my garage depending on what I'm doing.Once you figure out how to secure the straps by tying them or wrapping them multiple times around the rings, they are pretty handy and a good value for the price. If that's going to annoy you too much, you may have to invest in more expensive rings.

overall this product does seem sturdy and durable, however the metal clasp slips when i attempt to put any weight on the rings ( pull ups) . I think there might be a way where I can tie the cord around the ring in a way that it holds, but the instructions that came with this product are almost non existant

Within a few weeks I broke one of the metal clamps. The product still works though its a little harder to use. I emailed the company and got an immediate response from Rich. I had included photos of the broken piece and he immediately sent me a USPS tracking number for the new strap. I have not received it yet, but I have no doubt its on the way. Since then I broke the other clamp...but this time I saw what happened. I had allowed the clamp to move down toward the ring, and while doing tricep dips with the ring, the ring was applying force directly to the clamp and that is what snapped it. I realize now it snapped because I used it incorrectly. Just be sure that when you apply your weight to the rings the clamp portion is not close to the ring and I am sure it won't break. I ordered a second pair now because as I said it was my error that broke the clamps(the first time I had no idea what caused it to break). I think they work really well and are very reasonably priced, and clearly customer service is on point.

This bundle contains everything you need to get started working out with a pair of suspended rings minus a structure to secure the straps to. Like pictured, this set contains a carrying case, two rings, two straps with clips to secure them with, and an instruction booklet. The supplied carrying case is adequate to carry them anywhere. Rings are sturdy and should hold up for a long time. The straps can hold a lot of weight and with the supplied clips are versatile in how you suspend them. One note: Be sure you put the clips on the straps properly. If done properly (per instructions) they are very secure. If they slip on you, stop and check that you do not have them backwards. I am suspending the rings from my power tower so the hook up was really easy. I am blessed with high ceilings and the tower is high off the floor so it is working great for me.
