My health
I bought these for the reputation of the apricot seeds and some diseases it may help fight or prevent. These are fresh, easy to chew and a great price. I eat three a day. They have a smell that reminds me of fruit cake. These are organic also so that is a plus given the diseases it helps prevent or fight are caused by non-gmo products…usually.Oh yeah….the bag reseals too and is larger than I expected.I would recommend to anyone not allergic

Can Be Dangerous!
I ordered these along with apricot oil after a pretty difficult doctors appointment in hopes that this would be beneficial. Didn’t even open the pack after getting the urge to learn more about its use first. What I didn’t know was the HUGE risk and the many government-level warnings about a compound in it that converts to cyanide when eaten. That cyanide can become poisonous and lead to nausea, vomiting, headaches, and worse. Apparently, it’s the same cyanide that some believe can destroy harmful things in your body. But, it’s very easy to digest too much and poison yourself. Those who use apricots in restaurants boil Apricots for 30+ minutes to remove a large amount of the cyanide to make it safe to digest. Otherwise, 1-2 kernels daily is the safest suggestion by many global health experts. Way too risky for me.

Bitter (slightly) sweet goodness!
I dunno, maybe it's my dull taste buds, but these quality kernels are not that bitter at all. Even taste the apricot flavor.
