Q: I want to use it on my caravan to put a fishing whip down to to attach a decoy hawk so it will fly

Think it would probably work, it's fairly strong and as long s it was screwed securely to the caravan I think it should be OK.

Q: I plan to use this in a windy costal location with a poynting a-xpol-0002-v2 would it be up for the job?

I don't think this would be able to support anything more than a small TV aerial. I used it for a wifi repeater and it managed that OK but sometimes it was blown over.

Q: What is the height from the bent point?

Its up on my wall so can't measure but picture is accurate so about 12".I have stub mounted vertically and 2ft arm sticking out, bracket has alternative options

Q: Could you use it to mount a weather station sensor?

I would think so,it would depend on how heavy the sensor is and how it would be fixed to the pole.
