Energy through the roof..
My rwgular BCAA was out of stick so I tried this and all I can say is wow my energy is through the roof. I had the Raspberry and it tastes so fresh and delicious. One scoop whilst doing cardio and another scoop whilst doing my weight training..perfect for me 👍🏿

it works and tasts nice.
i use this when going to gym it helps with muscle fatigue.and helps u to stop burning your muscles as fuel, for your body this makes the fuel for your body .

It does the job, but WASH YOUR BOTTLE
All in all it does what it says it will. It's a decent BCAA for it's price point, however as it's quite a sour tasting supplement (it's still an alright taste to me). I wash my bottle after use anyway, but the smell of this is quite hard to get out and quite pungent compared to some of their other stuff.

By far the best tasting BCAA
Absolutely love the flavour and taste of this product. I have tried a few others and honestly they are normally overly sweet or terrible at mixing.The Optimum Nutrition strawberry kiwi mixes easily and tastes great! I would highly recommend
