These pills smell horrible and leave an immediate taste when one consumes them with water. I am concerned that these are not safe and potentially don't actually contain any l-carnitine. The odor was concerning enough that I stopped taking them.

I've been using this carnitine supplement for a week, and it's been working so well, I haven't needed my cup of black coffee pre-workout.Even though I prefer to work out first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, some mornings it's hard to get moving.I needed a cup of black coffee to get me going, but these supplements are doing a good job on their own.I make sure to drink lots of water with my supplement, wait about 20 minutes, and I've noticed I feel better going into my workout, and I'm working harder too.I haven't noticed any weird side effects.

It makes it to the small intestine where it should be.This concept has been used for many things and it can be unnecessary in some cases but for things like this, i really like it.What i like:- The bottle has a huge opening so it's easy to grab the pills- The dosage is spot on at 500mg!- Normal capsule size so its easy to swallow

After taking these pills for some time now I can honestly say that if I did get an energy boost, it was not noticeable. Not enough to say that it really worked. I did not lose weight nor notice a any metabolism increase.I can attest to them being easy to swallow with no taste, aftertaste and no belching experienced.To me, $35 is spendy for a product of nominal benefit.
