ZEKOO Stainless Steel Gate Hardware Kit, Self Closing Gate Hinges & Latch

Ordered this hardware set specifically because I had two gates to replace. Description says “heavy duty” and that’s 100% accurate. Two full sets of spring hinges and lockable latches each with two different sets of screws for attachment to either PVC or wood posts. Built new gates and mounted both gates in less than one hour. The black finish is perfect and coverage is clean and even. This is not cheap steel. The spring hinges are strong enough to close the gate, even in wind. Fully adjustable to plumb-up the gate to the opening. This is an awesome hardware set. 10/10 recommend if you want to UPGRADE your gates.

Great deal on a great set of self close hinges, and latch. The latch is about 5x beefier than my old one. Very solid. Self close hinges mean I won't let my dog out on accident like I have before. I like the fact that both the hinges and the latch have screws inside of the jams, so if locked, a crook can't remove either. I mounted my new hinges while the gate was supported by the old ones. That worked great. Once mounted, I removed the old ones, and then fine tuned the new ones. Whole project only took about 30 minutes. Very pleased with this purchase !

Built fantastically

After visiting 2 nation wide hardware stores to find they have NO hinges or Latches for vinyl, I went to the parking lot and ordered, and had same day delivery. The hinges and latch are well made. I wish the latch could be turned over for a right hand swing, but it will work. You can install in 30 min if you are reasonably handy. Only downfall is the self tapping screws are pretty weak. Definately cheap. I tapped the holes with an appropriate drillbit, and they still would barely finish cut the whole for the threads. They will also strip out easy, so set your impact lighter if you can.

I went to a local fence company to get hinges, they quoted me around $150 for 4 fence hinges. I found the exact same ones on Amazon with the latches less than half the amount. They installed easily and close automatically. Perfect for the job!

I was tired of my latches failing. Saw this on a neighbors gate and bought it. It’s heavy duty and has been awesome!

Great product. Took me about 30 min to install both the hinges and self closing latch. Pretty sturdy items and are able to handle my wood patio door (about 45” x 48”, ~50-60 lb), no problem. Will definitely buy other products from this company.

Considerably cheaper than what I was finding locally and it is just as good a quality. My only two wishes (nothing to detract from this package) are that: 1.) The metal tapping screws were a a bit heavier duty and longer (but that is more of a unique situation of my particular install and not likely a concern for most others). 2.) That there was an option to buy without the latch (to save some dollars) or with a key through locking latch option.

It was super easy to install and adjust the tension of the hinges. Came with all the screws for putting it into wood as well as vinyl which was a pleasant surprise
