I was torn between this and the skyvac, but for the amount of jobs id cover i decided to go with the cheeper option. I didnt realise at the time there was a newer version so worth checking before u buy this machine. This machine out the box looks cheepish there was also a couple of parts missing which the seller sorted out although one other part sent was also missing a part.To me it wasnt build for cleaning gutters but for hoovering large areas hence the thin hoover tube and hoover attachments it comes with.This was bought for 2 main jobs in mind(the church gutters)(the village hall gutters) on first go it would not lift the grass that had grown in the hopper, fair enough it is a bit of an ask maybe.It cleaned any silt and leaves that was in the other parts.Onto the other side and it failed to lift the grass clump out the gutter. Cleaned the rest of the silt and leaves.I dont think ill bother with it on the halls.I did use it on a couple of bungalows from the ladder with out the poles. And it did a decent job of of leaving them clean.I had a few blockages at the mouth of the pipe but a poke to unblock was straight forward enough.All in all i think it has a place but u will still be needing ur ladders and a bucket for those stubborn bits.Its also worth mentioning the company does upgraded parts which will bring it up to spec with the theyre newer gutter cleaning machines so you would be better buying the other machine and save urself hassel of swapping parts over.So does it work? Yes but keep in mind you will need your laddersWorth the money? Yes but only because other machines that do the same job are twice the price.Build quality? Not great but not bad either as u get what u pay for but time will tell if it still works after a few houses.Customer service? Very good and helpful.Not dissapointed to have gone with this machine, im thinking the more i use it the better uses ill find. To rate it id put it at a 7/10 with upgraded parts it could possibly be a 9/10Hope this helps.
