Q: How tall is the speed rack without the wheels?

About 34" w/o & 38 with. If you buy it, spend the extra few dollars to buy the plastic cover. It keeps everything dust free.

Q: Does any baking cart fit 15x 21 baking sheet.

This fits two half sheets on 1 shelf. Half sheet pans are 18 by 13 so no.

Q: I have 3/4 sheet pans, will they fit in this?

This rack fits 1/2 sheet or a full sheet pan. You might have to place that 3/4 pan on the full sheet so it doesn’t fall through.

I don’t remember but doesn’t it say in the “detailed description”? I’ve had it for a while now and it’s still holding up , just fyi and I use it frequently at home.
