Can this be used as a repellent?

I used one time on my dog and she brome out with a bad rash( very red ). Never used again

Can I wash this off completely with soap and water?

Not oily, not greasy, no odor once it’s dried. Kills fleas dead on contact. Why would you want to wash it off? If your dog can tolerate this product I highly recommend its use! Best of luck! :)

Can you use this to spray carpets or pet beds as well ?

Yes this is a great complement to a complete flea control program, this easy-to-use, leave-on spray can be applied directly to your pup, as well as carpets, upholstery, bedding, floor gaps and more

Can you use this with a seresto collar?

Yes you can, but your pet is better off without the collar. The spray is good alone, but if you want the best protection against fleas n ticks n other insects, get bravecto chews. I've been using 90 day chews fir 2 years now and saved $$$ spent $600 on 8 (3 month) chews. Spent $1,000 on sprays
