good absorption
Good product...been using it over the past year and have no complaints. I started taking it because my doctor told me I had a deficiency in Magnesium and now I don't. I would suggest asking a pharmacist or your doctor which one you should take since there are so many Magnesiums and some better then others (absorption rate) and great for sleep to especially if having some mild to moderate sleep issues.

That it works and the size of each pill is easy to swallow;
I need to take 1000 Magnesium and equal Potassium at bedtime. It is difficult to fine 500 mg and these work. I don’t need to take 5 or 6 pills to get the correct amount. I am able to sleep all night without getting up , I have been taking them for quite a few years now and will continue. I am 87 years old.
