Super comfy upgrade, but be prepared for a little DIY!
These genuine UGG sheepskin replacement insoles are absolutely fantastic. The moment I swapped them into my boots, it felt like I was walking on little clouds again – exactly like the day I bought my UGGs brand new. The sheepskin is thick, plush, and warms up instantly to your feet. Definitely 100% worth it if your original insoles are worn out or matted down. That said, a heads-up for anyone buying these: they don’t come with instructions, and how easy (or hard) the swap is depends entirely on which UGG model you own. - Some styles (especially newer ones or the slip-on types) let the old insole pop right out with almost no effort. - Others (classic tall/short boots, some older models) have the original insole stitched and glued in pretty securely. You’ll need to carefully cut/remove the stitching around the edges, sometimes use a hairdryer or heat gun to loosen the glue, and gently pry the old one out. YouTube University is your best friend here. It took me about 20-30 minutes per boot with a seam ripper, hairdryer, and a little patience, but the result is perfection. If you’re not into a mini craft project, you might want to take them to a cobbler. For everyone else, totally doable and so worth it. Bottom line: best replacement insoles you can buy for UGGs, just check your specific boot first so you know what you’re in for. Highly recommend!

My Bear Paw boots are like new again
Update 12/20/17 - These insoles lasted about 2 years of heavy use during the winter months. I just received another pair to replace the old ones. The wear was mostly in the heel section. I think that’s pretty good for an insole product like this. I have a pair of Bear Paw Abby style short snow boots that I use as slippers indoor and also wear outdoors. I bought them last year and wear them a LOT during the cold months. By this year the sheepskin lining in the footbed was worn down to nothing in the heel area and compressed and the rest of the foot area. I purchased a pair of these UGG liners because they seemed the most substantial over the other brands offered here. I ordered them in size 9 because my Bear Paws are a size 9. (My shoe size is 8 but several reviewers advised ordering a size up on the Bear Paws.) They fit snugly into my boots with no spaces on the sides, top or heel. Perfect fit. And now my boots feel like brand new and are warm and cozy again. They were losing some of the warmth when the sheepskin was worn down. I didn't remove any lining from the Bear Paws before putting these in, just put them on top. My feet are closer to the top of the boot, like they were when they were new. Since the boots have sheepskin lining throughout, this isn't a problem. I'm posting some pictures so you'll have a better idea just what they look like. Update 2/7/17 - These insoles are still going strong and I wear them all day long on most days during the fall and winter, except when I'm forced to dress up. The heel bottoms are just starting to get a little flat but they should be just fine for the rest of this season. The toe and middle sections are still fluffy and the heels can still be fluffed up a little. But I'll probably replace them next year with this same brand. They're perfect for my Bear Paws which are still in great shape on the outside.

New UGGs just like that!
The UGG sheepskin insoles arrived on time and are so dreamy! Recently my Tazman UGG slippers/shoes became unbearable to walk in. They are 2 or 3 years old now so my toes and heels really wore down the insoles and they started to hurt my feet. I was about to donate them when I wondered if you could somehow replace the insoles! Yes! The outside of the shoes are perfectly in tact, just need to clean up a bit. My husband and I both worked really hard at ripping out the factory sewn-in insoles but with a lot of strength, patience and manicure scissors to score a little bit, we got them out! Using Dawn dish soap, warm water and a brush I gently cleaned the outside suede. I rinsed. Then I stuffed the shoes with paper towels to bring back their nice, rounded form. I wrapped them overnight with paper towels. They were still damp in the morning so I put them on my boot dryer until the outside was dry. Next I took an Ugg suede brush and brushed the suede. I then took the rubber edges of that brush and fluffed the inside of the shoe. Finally I slipped the new insoles in to place! Perfect! New UGGS for another couple of years! Buy these! My UGGs are size 9 so I got size 9 insoles.

So Warm and Comfy!
These insoles are perfect! I love my UGG boots. Have had them for many years now, and when I realized I could buy new insoles, which was the only thing about them that would have made them feel great again, I ordered these. So easy to put in and take out if needed. Extremely soft material making the boots nice and warm and snuggly again! You could also add them to any other boot so they are versatile as well. A great purchase to make those old boots feel new again!

inconsistent size
This is the second pair of insoles from UGG That I got. Love the first pair, it was confortable and lasted for a long time, but this second one it was a quite longer, I had to cut it and it just never fit right....

New life for old Uggs
The sheepskin on the footbed of my Uggs was getting worn but the body of them was still in great condition. Since Uggs are so expensive I didn’t want to throw them away just because the sheepskin had worn away. These made them feel brand new. Soft and the fit was perfect.

Love these!
Perfect for extending the life of your Ugg slippers! Nothing beats a refresher for when your Ugg slippers look great but the insoles get nasty! Just as cozy as they were when I first bought them.

Great Winter Boot Replacement Insole!
I bought these to put into my Kamik Momentum 3 boots. Those boots are great but I was noticing that I was losing a lot of heat through the thick rubber soles. The boots were already at least a half-size too big on my normal-width feet, with thick wool hiking socks on, so I decided to buy a sheepskin insert to solve my fit and cold issues. They are very very warm -- I don't normally have sweaty feet, but I can definitely see myself sweating in these, which I don't mind! No smell issues with these - just the slightest clinical or clean animal skin smell. There's some minimal arch/heel support (the pink foam bit) and eventually the wool will conform to the shape of your foot, but these aren't going to give orthotic-level support. They are flexible enough that depending on how roomy the shoe is you might be able to slip an orthotic underneath. They're about 0.5"-0.75" in thickness, depending on fur compression, pretty similar to a higher-end generic Dr. Scholl's gel insert. That's about the perfect thickness for this use. If you're ordering these for shoes that didn't come with shearling insoles, you want to make sure that your shoes fit almost too big all over for these to work, because they're going to change the fit entirely. Durability looks to be good, no shedding in the bag. Foam part of the insole appears dense -- the tiniest amount came off with the sticker, but it didn't effect the integrity. I'll be wearing mine with socks most of the time, so in my experience they'll probably still be fluffy by winter's end. Even if I have to replace them at the end of season $20 USD seems like a pretty good deal for something that I wear every time I leave the house.

Tolle Einlagen!! Sie haben mir in meinen alten Ugg-Boots, deren Lammfellsohle nach drei Wintern schon recht platt getreten war, das Gefühl neuer Schuhe gegeben. Werde ich wieder kaufen!
