Very moving version of this story. I'd like to see it performed someday.

Just watched a performance of The White Snake in San Diego. It was magical. Completely captivating. It felt both fresh and timeless. I'm eager to get my printed copy of the play to revisit the story. I'll revise my review after reading the play but based on the San Diego production, The White Snake is worthy of 5 stars.
