It came today and I’m extremely disappointed!! The colour is melting off ?? And it doesn’t work at all, irritated my skin and didn’t warm up at all.

Works really good and is cheaper than going to a salon for a wax. Only downside is the device takes ages to heat up, but other than that works reasonably well!

I was keen to leave a review so it hoepfully help other people. This device works great with a lot of patience. For it to work properly, I allow 40-50 minutes to heat the wax. After this is done, I keep the device upside down so the wax always flows to the roller. It works much better than any alternative and waxing is a lot quicker once this is done. The wax is not too hot and pulls hairs very well. I hope this advice helps!

It says you get wax strips I didn’t get them unless without. Had to buy separately

I have no idea how the other buyers are having issues with warming the wax up. As long as the wax is placed completely inside with the lip on it should melt in half and hour. And it should never be really hot due to safety reasons. Dint apply to much pressure and it should glide on with ease. All my family has brought one and they love it

Was excited to try this, as i normally use a pot, but the wax took over an hour to be warm enough to roll, and even then it didn't just glide, it took alot off effort, wax doesnt come out even, and your kind of pulling on skin, tugging on skin, I did one half a leg, I am not that hairy, but if you are it definitely wouldn't do the job, shame really, as at salons there one glides and rolls the wax with a good coverage and wax on the skin, unless you have money to waste trying, I wouldn't bother with this particular brand
