Good descriptive book on nlp

I like an idea of self-improvement

no words for this. It's the price of a lunch, just get it. Best decision I've made so far was to read this and now all the other ones happen differently.

This book is pretty good and quite interesting. I still have not finished the book, but will eventually (I am a slow reader). It was pretty easy to get through about the first half....very easy to understand and very interesting subject matter. It is valuable to understand yourself better as well as understanding those around you better. Amazon has great deals on this book and you should be able to pick it up pretty cheap....especially in soft cover. There is a new version of this book now: Introducing NLP: Psychological Skills for Understanding and Influencing People ....not sure how much more info is in it, but the theories would all be the same.

Well written introduction & entertaining at times.
