It fit!!!
I was very concerned about it, sitting in my laundry space, which is tiny. I have a one unit system so the washer hoses were a concern. (You would be impressed with MacGuyverella I am.) lying face down across the machine. I was able to assemble the bottom half around all the hoses meters and miscellaneous stuff. I had to work around and then I built it up from there. It was so tight I had to put those little flat silicone sticker door stoppers on my tankless water heater and other box on the other side so they wouldn’t make noise during the spin cycle. Because mine is secured by its surroundings, I don’t have any of the complaints from other people that it’s lightweight. I’m super happy with mine! And it holds plenty of stuff for a laundry room, including two bins on top that hold all of our bento boxes and supplies + kombucha making stuff.(If you find that it’s a little lightweight in your space, you just need to make sure that you distribute the weight & use the safety strap on top)

Makers should take into account VENTING for dryer!
I could not use the horizontal piece at the back due to the venting of my dryer, but was relieved that having it jammed between my dryer and wall on one side and the washer on the other keeps it stable. That horizontal piece should have the ability to be ADJUSTED up or down to fit the person's circumstances with how and where this unit is being used. Would NOT take much to do that and would add the flexibility along with stability the unit needs. All in all it is a good unit for over the dryer.

Use this with front load washer or dryer.
Heavy duty where hangers are attached but the leg bars are too thin. works best on front load washer or dryer.( I learned the hard way)

Flimsy
i was hoping to use this to store my detergent above my washing machine. it is not sturdy enough to hold the weight. Also had a hard time connecting the poles.

Just what I needed
Is it the sturdiest? No. Obviously that was anticipated.Does it hold everything in the pictures just fine? YES!I live in a rental so I don’t want to make too many holes. And the walls are plaster so very easy to crack.Convenience factor, I was able to hang the clothes straight out the dryer rather than throwing them on the couch and letting them sit there for 5-7 business days.Took me about 30-45 minutes to assemble by myself.

Not really impressed
It will serve its purpose but I wish I'd just went with a more expensive one that looks like wood or cabinets. I like that it expands to fit over my dryer. It was fairly easy to assemble, although some close ups of how things connect together would have been nice. I feel it could be a bit sturdier. The plastic thing on the shelf is a nice touch to help things not fall through, however, it would have been much nicer had it extended the whole length of the non-expanded shelf. I understand the part that pulls out when you expand it would not be able to have that on it. But the rest of it could easily have had the plastic on it. The part of the shelf without it is almost useless since everything I want to put on the shelf is too small and would fall through the shelf which has bars spaced way too far apart. Even my big thing of detergent pods won't sit on it right. I ended up putting a couple wicker baskets on the top shelf to store stuff in. And some mini laundry baskets to put stuff in on the bottom shelf. I did not install the rod. I was having a hard time getting that part to go together and I honestly did not make a lot of effort because I am not sure I want the rod. I mostly just needed shelves. I am thinking about making some wood shelves to go on top the 2 shelves to make it easier to put stuff on it and also just to make it look nicer. If that works I might buy a second one for over the washer. I wish it had 3 shelves instead of just 2. It would be nice if it had the bottom shelf with taller space and then 2 top shelves with shorter space.

Item as described
I ordered two, returned one as I couldn’t get it situated in my cramped laundry room. Got one over the drier, but couldn’t manage placement w washing machine. Got stuff off drier, but I’m not sure about ‘loading it up’, it’s pretty lightweight, but adequate for my needs.

Make sure to measure before buying
I was so excited to have this over my dryer. However, when I finally put it together, I realized I should have measured first. I have a front loading dryer with a pedestal and it wouldn't fit and it's too late to return it. 😔

Fit for purpose
Like all the reviews say - it's wobbly, but as long as you aren't putting dumbbells or anything on it, it's stable and fit for purpose. I bought this in used condition for £28 and that being said, it's not exactly cheap still, but it's what I wanted. Would not have been worth the original price new though. If you're paying for the original price, I'd recommend going to those wooden ones instead.

Flimsy. A good idea but too flimsy
Too flimsy can't take much weight hooks too small. Expensive

Handy but not very sturdy
Was very easy to assemble and does the job but isn’t very sturdy so won’t be putting anything heavy on it.
