Woodworkeres can never have too many clamps...
Couple these clamp brackets with whatever length pipe you need and you have the best clamps available for whatever needs clamping. Rough carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinet making... . Over 30 years experience and these are still my go to for most large scale clamping. OK for smaller but just a bit bulky and the pipe is heavy. Indestructible in normal (non-combat) use.

Best wood clamps.
These pipe clamps are a must for any project requiring gluing wood together. I used these to glue my wood countertop and it worked perfectly. The fact that you can use with large half inch metal pipes make these universal for any size project. Pony is a great brand and I love their products.

Sturdy and functional
I have liked these and bought more. You can never have enough clamps for projects. They have “legs” to set a table top and function well.

It goes with the sliding side
Start by saying the clamps themselves are AMAZING. Just so you also know, the little metal ring that falls out of the package goes with the side that slides onto the pipe. You need to compress the spring and pop the little bugger underneath. Pony, a little message to the buyer would be helpful. Thank you for great clamps will buy more when 6 doesn't cut it anymore

Clamp is cracked but Amazon came to the rescue.
I think this is a wonderful tool to have, unfortunately one of the end pieces has cracked and is not usable. I will replace it with the hope it will be solid and not defective.Have been able to work around it with the 3 others I have. They are sturdy clamps all in all and the variety of sizes of the pieces of wood I am working with work well with them.Update!! Alls well that ends well. Amazon replaced the defective clamp quickly after I notified them. I am up and clamping with all 4 again. Thank you Amazon!!i appreciate the fact they are made in the USA. The workmanship is superior to foreign made products I have looked at and used in the past.

Works really well, took a few minutes to figure out how to assemble.
I made pipe clamps for the first time. I bought 10 foot, 1/2" pipes at Home Depot. For no extra charge, they cut them into lengths I needed and threaded the ends. But they didn't have any of the clamps in stock. I found these on Amazon. I ordered 5 sets. They came with no instructions, but how hard could it be? I slid the back end on and then tried for 20 minutes to slide the front, adjustable end on to the pipe. I twisted and turned and pried but they would not go on. I finally went on the Pony Jorgensen website and found out that the coiled spring embedded into the adjustable part of the clamp needed to be removed and twisted onto the back end of the threaded pipe. A newbie mistake, for sure. After that everything went together quickly. I've used the clamps several times since then and they work great.
