Ferrous Gluconate is the best bioavailable form to supplement an iron deficiency. Plus it is easy on the stomach, does not constipate you and taste great. It is a German product, which I personally trusted for years. The company and the product has been around for many years. I took this supplement when I was a child and I am taking it now age 60.

I am not sure how I am supposed to rate absorbency but the solution had a good flavor (subjective to me) and was easy to follow. The two gals bottles were wrapped in bubble wrap and sturdy box. The shipment arrived on time. Would buy again!
