This is a great source of protein. I have to take at least 65 mg of protein every day. This makes it easier so I can add 3 scoops in my protein drink in the morning and then I've already got most of it doesn't for the day for the day

I use it for my son.

Would like it to be less expensive as my husband needs it for medical purposes.

Adds protein without adding consistency or taste! Easy to use, can add it to just aabout anything! Soups, shakes, smoothies, salads, cooked veggies, egg whites omelettes, oatmeal, cold cereal! Like I said, just about anything! You are only as limited as your imagination!

I like this the best because it is unflavored and is not sweet. I can add to anything.

I could not use these, but I did give to a few friends to see if they could and they never got back to me to know for sure.
