Heavy Duty Fixed Base Welding Lead Reel 10" dia Black Color

This thing is awesome. Wow what a difference in make at the end of the day just to roll up you cables by cranking that reel. I recommend getting the cover for it and here’s why. This is my second one. My first one, no cover. Began to have continuity issues through the reels after a couple years due to some corrosion from being exposed to the elements. But my new one I have used a cover on and it really make a difference in the longevity of the product. Would recommend this to anyone serious about mobile welding.

Made a quick hitch attachment for my farm truck and attached to pipeline welder (Bobcat) and it makes welding life easy. Excellent product, will definitely buy again when needed.

Had it for almost a year and works perfectly fine, no issues. Have it installed on my field service truck.

Okay so I purchased this kit off of Amazon. Awesome setup honestly. Started out super smooth on the roll out and wrap up. I carbon arced for one day at 550 amps and now the drums are stiff and “crunchy” feeling when I turn them. I’ve had no luck trying to find any replacement parts for the drums. In summary not a bad kit if your not using high output on the welder. I think I’m going to have to take everything apart and try to clean up the axle and bushings. But I just want to see if there are any replacement parts for the problem I’m having. Serious google searching came up with nothing. 😒 Update: So I just got home and found another set of these reels on my porch! Not going to complain. I’m not exactly sure what to do about my damaged reels. I’ve had no response from the seller. But thank you!

I purchased the reals in 2020 and I use them a lot they anr not made to be used all the time.. the connection between the welder connection and the spool gets worn and you start getting a breakdown in the connection .. if you running an older machine and probably will work good but if you're running a sensitive newer machine such as a trailblazer 325 the welder will pick up on the breakdown and not weld good and you have to hook straight to the machine and not through the real

this is an EXCELLENT product. locals selling the same thing for $100 more. though upon delivery, i opened the package, and some of the insulators were not there. i called, and they sent me a new one! i was impatient and went and bought some @40¢ a piece, 8 of them. small mistake could have led to big problems. BUT i paid attention, and it was fixed. this is exactly what i wanted and needed.

Great product, keeps my welding lead nice and neat.the reel tension bolt seems to loosen up but that's not a deal breaker for me.seems well built,time will tell with the durability of it since it stays out in the elements all year long.would recommend product
