RAZO DC3000A d’Action 360, 360 Degree Dash Cam: 4K Dash Camera for Car with Built-in WiFi and GPS, Sony Video Sensor, WDR, 3-Axis G-Sensor, Stereo Microphone, Complete Car Camera Video Security

Bought the RAZO 360 camera based on some of the internet research I did on dash cameras. I wanted to get a camera that that could cover the front and back views without putting in two cameras. I wasn't sure how this camera would work out but so far I am pleasantly surprised. I took it out of the box , plugged it and it got it working in a few min. The cost was a little higher than others but because I only had to buy one device I think it all equals out.

This is a garbage product. Nothing about this Dash cam he is as advertised! It’s not user-friendly. It is advertised to have 4K quality footage and video with audio. It does not. The footage is grainy and choppy at best. There is no way to access the audio. If there is, It takes a miracle to find that option. I’ve read through all the directions the great lakes and those were of no help in any regard. There’s no way to download or access photos or the videos with audio. Again, if there is it takes a miracle to do that. For the process camera cost, it’s not worth having. I wouldn’t trust this product to help me in the event there was an accident on the road, or my vehicle was broken into. It is advertised to have “parking mode“. It does not. I found out only after I bought it that that requires an additional adapter that cost around $60. Whatever footage is captured it’s hard to tell who is who if it’s even possible. There is nothing about this product that works as well if even at all as advertised. The range of view is barely over the hood of my car. In all the advertisement videos the range review is 360°. But the distance in the advertisement videos makes it seem like the video and pictures are 4K super high-quality, and provide a 360° range at a great distance. None of that is true! The range of which the 360° captures is barely over the hood of my car, barely over the front quarter panel inside of my vehicle, barely over The rear portion of my vehicle, and extends barely over the opposite sides. The footage from inside my vehicle is even worse. It barely captures my face in the driver seat or the passenger face in the passenger seat. I have to re-tilt the angle of the dash camera in order for it to capture any footage in the backseat. I followed all the instructions and directions concerning the installation. And yet nothing works as advertised. Not only would I not recommend this product, I would steadfastly encourage everyone I knew to not buy this dash camera ever! Everything the Razo company advertised about this camera in my opinion is a complete lie! FIND ANOTHER DASH CAMERA MANUFACTURER!

Since I have installed it in my car 🚙, it no longer gets vandalized. Video and audio quality are great.😊

I like the picture quality, but unfortunately no matter what I’ve tried, I can’t get the darn thing to project wifi to my iPhone 11 max. I’ve tried resetting the camera, updated the firmware, restarting my phone, turning Bluetooth off and wifi off then turning wifi back on, no luck. So, it IS recording video, but I can’t turn the audio recording off, and I gotta say, the mic on this thing is scarily accurate

The dash camera was easier to install than I thought. The wifi from the camera connected right away to the app on my phone. The image on the phone was decent but when I viewed the footage on my computer you can really see the all of the detail. I am hoping that I wont need the footage but if I do, I know I am covered.

There are three cars in my family that need a driving recorder. Although I have not returned it, I will not buy this next time. When connecting the camera with a mobile phone, the camera needs to have a suitable voltage. There is no signal to connect directly to the usb interface of the car, and The video resolution when linking is extremely low, and it can only be seen clearly after downloading, especially when using the car power supply to connect the camera is too bad, this product is not worth the price at all, at least it can be barely worth the price after perfecting the software

lets start with the good. Its easy to install and the picture quality is outstanding. However the night vison sucks and it doesn't record all the rides. When I go to download half the rides are not there and its not like the card was full because some rides are in the middle some the beginning and some the end and in between those rides are missing. I tried to e-mail and even left messages on the phone number listed cause no one answered and no one called me back, so I don't know if its the camera or am I missing something. Total not excited about this purchase and should of just re bought the venture pro at least the night vision worked and it is reliable

Bought the camera to capture possible accidents and road rage (its nuts out there). I am a limo driver and the feature that I like the most is its ability to capture footage of what is happening inside my car too. So far so good!
