Fantastic workout bench
Just got this over the weekend—arrived earlier than expected. Unbelievable, given the huge demand for home gym products. This thing is quite sturdy and love the fact the risers are not separate pieces—they’re integrated and simply fold, a very nice feature. The slots for stretch cords are rounded so they won’t cause abrasion/wear on the cords. I’ve done some dumbbell lifting on this and it works well, but I did need to put a cushion under my knee for doing a kneeling single-arm row. And it’s the perfect heights for doing step-ups, jumps, and Bulgarian squats. The storage under the back rest is a nice feature as well. It’s not large, but great for storing my bands.Overall, this thing is better than what I was expecting and will serve me well for a long time. Very, very happy with this purchase.

Sturdy and Versatile
We looked at a lot of fitness benches before choosing this one. We have no complaints about it. It has a weight capacity of over 300 pounds. Thankfully, I am nowhere near that, but I am not light. I can sit or step up on it, without it shaking or bowing. The top surface is covered with round rubber nubs, which give traction for step exercises and some degree of comfort when lying down on it. (It is harder than a padded bench you might use at a gym, but still comfortable.)The top surface is 3 feet long. So it’s fine for my 5’9.5” husband to use, lying in his back. I think that’s about the upper limit of height for someone who wants to use it that way. It is easy to raise and lower the feet or back. Both lock securely once raised. The feet have rubber bottoms, so they will not mar a floor, or slip while you use it.There are smooth, safe notches set into the back (i.e. the part you can raise) and the feet. These are meant to use with resistance tubes. We bought the BodyLastics set, available on Amazon. Hint-don’t cheap out on these; the cheap ones are flimsy. With a set of resistance tubes, you can do an endless variety of exercises in the comfort of your own home.We recommend this highly.

Go for it
I actually really like this step deck/bench. It's large and compact at the same time. I mean that as in it's plenty wide enough for step exercises where if your step isn't precise you won't trip. But at the same time it folds down and can be tucked away. The fact that it doubles as a bench for free weights is obviously why I chose this over other options. I haven't had any issues *yet* with it switching back and forth between the two. It also is sturdy enough for heavier adults. The kiddos also use it for balance exercises.

Compact Versatile Sturdy bench.
Nice workout bench. This bench gets high marks for being versatile and sturdy. If you are a serious weight lifter thus will not be your primary bench but would be a great addition. If you have a small apartment this will fold up and fit under your bed. Ideal for use with dumbbells and weight bands.

LASTS LONG GREAT FOR HOME GYM
Great sturdy bench for your home workouts. Love the various inclined positions you can set the bench into as well as how sturdy the bench is for a smaller, light-weight bench. Very convenient if you need to store it away after workouts. Only issues I have are that flat bench workouts (flat bench dumbbell presses etc.) can be a struggle to get into due to the length of the bench, but it's nothing too problematic. (I'm 6'2)

Great product
This thing is already assembled. Very heavy/sturdy and easy to use. I put a folded towel on top when using it with bands or hand weights and it is not uncomfortable. The textured surface is practical when using it for step exercises because it assures that the feet do not slip. Great product. Multi purpose.

Great product
The bench is very sturdy and compact! Perfect for my townhouse workout room.My husband love it and does a lot of different workouts in it. It doesn't move at all and folds down completely when we are done. Works great!

Sturdy, comfortable and multiuse
Loving it so far. I share a small apartment with 2 roommates and workout in my tiny bedroom. I decided to get this for my home workouts (I use Fitness Blender) and this is great for those upper body workouts and some lower body workouts that require a step. I place it vertically against my wall and it doesn't take up too much space that way. I personally find it quite comfortable to lie on and don't need any extra towel, etc. I do think that if you are on the taller side (I am bout 5'2") you might find this bench too short for your needs.
