Wouldn't fit USB port on computer!
Gotta tell ya, was soooo looking forward to utilizing this item in my computer USB port to upload pics off my SD card from my camera. But, was I surprised when it wouldn't fit into my USB port(s)! Seriously?! When I contacted the company (Media Mart), and mentioned the product didn't work, their response was "lots of USB card readers have plastic fittings". The issue was it DIDN'T FIT my USB port, therefore, it is USELESS. I went thru Amazon's return request area, and was told to wait for Media Mart's response. They did offer to "take it back" but had to "mail" (i.e. USPS) a return address shipping label in 3 or 4 days. Every time I've had to return something thru Amazon, it has been an immediate return label printed at the website. This was a first -- having to WAIT for a return label. Perhaps I got a bad unit ... there are so many GOOD ones out there, you might consider steering away from this product.

Cheaply made but for the price...
It does what it is supposed to do. It has to be pushed hard into the USB slot as it's oversized slightly. But it works and it cost almost nothing. It could save me incalculable money in the fact that now I can carry our significant business work with me when I'm not near the computer. I'd prefer to pay 4 times the price so the engineering could have been done to make it fit better in the USB slot, but it works!

To return my Memory
The product does not fit my memory card.. And I was waiting for a number to return it. NOw I am sending it back ,,, all of this istaking so much time. I ended up getting a card reader at Radio Shack for even less money. I bought a 50 in 1 for $8. by Kodak, but Staples tried to sell me the very same product for $34 plus tax. Pays to shop. This is not over until I get my money returned. That is when I should be giving you a Star rating... lol.
