This is best quality l’ve ever had before. The package is beautiful and well made so it protects the pie pan. The pie pan’s metal is thicker than usual and coating is smooth. I love it.

Very easy to use and clean! First attempt making this apple tart for Christmas and it was a success! I put a tray underneath because of the holes and there were butter/water dripped through it.

My husband wanted a fruit tart dessert for his birthday and I purchased this item to make it. It's easy to use, easy to clean. My tart came out easily as well with the removable piece. The quality is outstanding. Highly recommend. I have only hand washed it and never put it in the dish washer. It's not rusting although I DO dry it right away.

love this pan. I use it for making quiche. eggs don't stick to the pan.

I've had this pan a few years now and overall it works great. My only complaint is that the center metal disk warped/domed somewhat significantly in the middle. As a result the fit of the center piece isn't great and many of my tarts end up with oddly shaped crusts.

This is one of the few pans we were missing in our baking sets. We love eating fruit tarts and not sure what took us so long to make our own but this perfect. The non stick works great. It has a beautiful color and it’s easy to clean. It does a great job baking the tart shell and staying in place. We can see this will last us for a long time!

Gosh they're adorable. Cute, small, shiny, and perfect for a nice small tart for one person. Which is why i wanted to buy mini tart pans rather than a big huge one. Individual servings make for nicer presentation I think. They're definitely non stick, easy to wash for the most part and easy to work with. Only thing and maybe its just my dough, but i did have some dough get stuck in the ridges while washing it. Just gotta be careful and make sure to look closely when washing so you dont put them away with dough stuck in a corner.

What an incredible addition to my kitchen! The 9.5-inch and 4-inch CHEFMADE Tart Pans are incredible. I love them so far! I recently made rosemary and sage tomato tarts with a sweet potato crust and they came out great! With the removable bottom and the non-stick carbon steel material, I was able to remove the tarts from the pans with no problem at all. And when it came time to cleaning them, all I had to do was hit them with some warm water and soap and all of the food residue fell right off. If you enjoy cooking and you are looking to explore the world of tart making, I definitely recommend these pans and making the investment. You are going to love them!

Quality materials.

The quality and size is perfect for me. I bought this after using a similar one while on vacation. It is the perfect size for making a British shortcake. I highly recommend.
