Worth a try
I bought this for Endometriosis pain I can say it helps with my light to medium pain days, however if I'm having a really bad pain day it seems to aggrevate it more However I do not believe that is an issue with the product and is simply an issue with Endometriosis, since everyone's body is different, different things help different people more or less. I love the app for this as well, it has some nice options, and you get to set a timer, as well as it tracks your pain for you (where the pain is, how intense, how long you used the TENS, and what settings you use most) I don't love that the TENS itself beeps when you adjust settings or add time to it, I wish I could disable it because I want it to be discreet, but that's a very minor thing The TENS itself works perfect, and isn't very noticeable when you're wearing it, even with clothes over it

I had a Quell devise.. well I forgot it was on and got wet. Ive been looking for a replacement as close to a Quell. And I believe this is it! I have ordered a 2nd one also. The use w phone is much easier than the other manual one.. which would work where you can reach it. The phone use devise is great for your hard to reach places.. like lower back, or behind your shoulder.. ect.. Anyways I did try to order a Quell again but they changed the requirements AGAIN and even w a drs prescrip. It would still Have cost me $500-600 and still had to purchase the electrides. So, this is an excellent product. Thankyou for my pain relief. SM/ Florida

Darn Good!
I realized I'd had my previous TENS unit (with wires that were unruly - and batteries) for 10 years. Time for an upgrade. I was delighted to find a selection of wireless units that paired with an app. I chose this one because other reviews mentioned it was pretty effective and very easy to set up. Others looked more complicated and I don't need more complication in my life. I've just used it for the first time and, yessiree it does pack a punch! I had to always crank up my old TENS unit to the highest level, but I can't go to the highest level with this. It would be too much. And I LOVE no wires and no batteries to replace. Just charge it like I do my iPhone. And the setup out of the box truly was easy peasy. PROS: all of the above CONS: It makes an annoying beeping sound every. single. time. you tap the (+) icon to increase the intensity. Is that really necessary? After all, I can see the intensity visually on the app. Also, I don't feel a noticeable difference between the "cupping" and the "massage" and the "malaxation" (is that supposed to be "relaxation"? Anyone? Buehler?) modes. So, that's maybe a bit gimmicky. And what's "scrapping therapy" mode supposed to be? Whatever. Doesn't matter. All in all, I'm pleased with this upgrade from my old unit. A word of advice: go ahead and order the replacement pads so you have them on hand. Would be nice if they included an extra set. You can get replacement pads here on Amazon. Just type "ETP015" into the search bar and you'll find them.

Versatile product for pleasant stimulation
I bought this device about a month ago, on the recommendation of a physician-friend who uses it mainly on her back and neck. I've had a bad bout with sciatica in the past, which has began flaring up again moderately this summer. The pain starts in my lower back, runs down my left rear and down my leg, in worse cases. I've been attaching the device right above my tail-bone and turning it on at medium intensity. While the issue does not seem totally cured yet, my back has improved and the stimulation certainly feels pleasant. My son is a serious runner and said this device is used often in PT. He suggested I try the stimulator on my arthritic knees. I frequently wake up during the night with knee pain. So, before bedtime, I've attached the stimulator to the meniscus area where the pain mostly occurs. Again, not a complete cure yet, but feels good and definitely a help. I will continue to experiment with the device on where to use it, the intensity level of the stimulation and for how long. The device has been easy to use with its phone app. Seal the device pad to the desired area, turn it on, a couple quick steps on the app and you are ready to go. I've probably used the device 20 times in the month I've had it. Only needed to recharge it once so far and was given a clear warning that power was low. I bought extra pads, but the original is still fine. After use, you secure the device pad back to a protective film and can store in a sealed bag. I feel this device is well-worth the money and I expect to get much good use from it.

Great for lower back
This works really well for lower-back spasms and pain. Frequent use and the pad is still sticky. Easy to recharge and I like the ability to change the pulse pattern.

Isn’t Worth It Because Of Pad’s Lifespan
The device itself works well. I had read reviews complaining about the battery life, but I haven’t experienced any problems. You can choose for it to run for 10-60 minutes, increasing in 10 minute increments. When I’ve used it for an hour on a full charge, I typically throw it on the charger. I don’t think an hour is anywhere near how long the battery will last, though, since it’ll charge for maybe 20 minutes (0-100% battery takes 2 hours). I like the range of settings and intensity level. I love that it’s cordless since I can keep going about my day and moving around. The only gripe I have about the cordless feature is that it means there is a hard device in the area you put it. This is annoying for me since I use it on my mid-back a lot and having the device there means I can’t lean back if I’m sitting. I didn’t deduct any stars for this since it’s just an inconvenience that can be easily solved (e.g. go for a walk, laying on your side or stomach). I deducted two stars because of the electrode pad’s poor durability. In the quick reference manual, it says that it should last about 30 cycles. It also notes that you should not let it come in contact with water, whereas the complete manual says you can wipe it with a damp cloth from time to time. Every single time I have used this machine, I have wiped off the areas I’m applying it to with a wet rag and completely dried myself. I’ve also only ever touched the top of the pad (non-stick area), and I always place it on the protective plastic piece when not in use. Because it says to never let it come in contact with water on the quick reference, I’ve never cleaned the pad itself. I’ve used it 15 times thus far, and it’s started to fall off during treatment. I think this is really disappointing. I’ve been using it two times every day, so one pad lasts me about 2 weeks. At this time, replacement pads are available in a 4-pack for a little over $16. I think that’s pretty expensive when considering the actual lifespan of the pad. Big question: would I buy again? No. I bought it since it was recommended to be me by my PT. Looking at other devices, specifically those with cords, you get way more pads that still last for several uses and replacements are half the price for 5x the quantity. It’s nice for on the go, but it’s not budget friendly in the slightest. For that reason, I’m looking into returning it.

Easy to use
This TENS unit seems very effective for the pain in my back. I appreciate its ease of use and cordless design, I don’t have to mess with wires. I can use the manual control or the app on my smart phone to run it, which is a big plus. The app is called MyPainOff for either IOS or Android. It is easy to recharge, and simple to use which is one thing I was looking for in a new unit. I have had 2 back surgeries in the last 10 years and used Icy Hot brand “Smart Relief” Tens unit, well they don’t make that any longer so I went hunting for one that would be comparable to that one, I think this will be a good replacement.

Quality
I've encountered problems with my recently purchased device. Despite diligently following the recommended procedures, the device continues to malfunction. Specifically, even after ensuring the device is fully charged and firmly pressed against my skin, it has failed to function properly after just two uses over the span of two days. I have reached out to both Amazon and the Seller multiple times in pursuit of a replacement for a fully functional unit. Unfortunately, I am still awaiting confirmation on the replacement. Regrettably, the process to address and resolve this issue has proven to be overly complicated and, consequently, has become quite frustrating for me. I'll be updating the results later. I wanted to provide an update regarding my previous feedback. I am pleased to inform you that I have finally received a replacement unit, which is functioning properly. However, I must express my disappointment with the overall process of requesting a replacement for the malfunctioning unit. There are several areas where improvements could be made: Difficulty Uploading Video: Uploading the requested video was a challenging and frustrating task, primarily because Amazon does not support the transmission of videos. Undeliverable Contact Email: The contact email provided, "[email protected]," printed on both the package and the manual, turned out to be undeliverable. Despite contacting several service agents, none could provide me with the correct email address. Eventually, after researching it on my own, I found "[email protected]," which allowed me to communicate. However, I was informed that this email was not for the relevant department. Even now, I am unsure of the correct contact email address. Ineffective Customer Service: Throughout this process, I had to engage with over five customer service agents. Unfortunately, most of them did not take the time to understand the issue before engaging with me, leading to repetitive explanations of the problem. Furthermore, one agent's attitude was notably rude. Despite these challenges, I do appreciate the assistance provided by your team in resolving the issue with the malfunctioning device. Thank you for your attention to these matters. I trust that my feedback will contribute to the enhancement of your service processes.

Funktioniert gut

Super being wireless!
Having used ones with wire in the past this is a blessing. It works really well and love that I can turn it on via my phone by an app. It does definitely help my pain but it returns as soon as it stops. That's down to my back issues not the product. I would imagine its fantastic on muscle pain etc. It sticks very well, had no issues with that. I would definitely recommend it because if something can ease pain it's always worth a try.

He repetido compra

Definitely worth it for period pain… read instructions properly. Lasts 10 hrs+
My daughter has been using this for 2 days for period pain and it’s been amazing. Please read the instructions properly before use and when you know what to do you can definitely get the best out of it. She’s had it on for 10 hours today and the battery still hasn’t ran out. Every hour it does need to be reset for another 60mins which she’s now a whizz at. 100% recommend. I’ve ordered the extra pads for when they need to be replaced.
