I purchased this watch for my wife because she loves the mechanical pocket watch motif. She raves about how great it is. The watch is smooth and consistent. I have no complaints and recommend this watch to anyone wanting something a bit different from the usual clock at a cheap price.

Cheap, fragile, poorly-made
I was suspicious that this pocketwatch was too good to be true when I ordered it, and it was.Right away, the small metal points on the design started breaking off. The faceplate shifted every time the watch was opened. After a month of light use (it was on my bookshelf for three of the four weeks, not even being worn), it stopped working. When trying to wind the watch, even with the button pushed all the way in, the time would change along with it winding. The case is completely welded shut, so no repair was possible.
