Did not like it ... don't see any good results.., only help little more energy to lift nothing built a muscle like it's said .... disappointed never buy it again ... wasted money...

Excellent recovery drink after high intensity workout.
I’ve been buying these for years at my gym but they stopped selling it months ago. I was glad to find a company that sells them on Amazon, and for less than what the gym had sold them for.This is a great recovery drink for right after a heavy resistance training workout. Repletes quickly with the right balance of carbs and protein, and both flavors taste great. I hope the seller continues to offer these.
