Even though this is inside, ANY moisture (ie condensation in house) will make it warp. Our first one was worthless within 2 years. Actually went and bought a piece of marine grade plastic at Home Depot for a replacement that fits PERFECTLY. THAT will last a lifetime.

Measurements are not for the size dog door, but the entire frame. Too thick for my door, but the material was nice quality.

So happy to find a replacement. Works great and fits perfectly.

What a waste of money - cardboard! Good thing Amazon gave me a refund.

This product is made from particle board. It fits perfectly, but I’m afraid it will disintegrate when subjected to outdoor elements. It is made to fit on the outside of a screen door. Plastic would have been a much better choice in materials for this item.
