well in less than 24 hours i have dry windows again, i can actually see the water on top of the salt crystals, i have them in 4 rooms where the damp was bad and all have signs of water being trapped, last night was the first night since the cold weather started that they've been totally dry, this was after only a hour or two ..These come with 2 refills so you wont need to buy again for some time.. In future just buy the refills or fill them with your own coarse rock salt or even silica gel balls as those are reusable after you dry them out in the oven for a few hours.. Do i recommend them?? give them a try and see for your self. This is my own unbiased review after paying full price for them, i don't do feedback for incentives, unlike many others on this market place..

Very unimpressed. I bought a back of 4. Two of them work ok, they collect a few mm of water- nothing to write home about! But the other two- ughh!! The flakes stuck together to form a big sticky clump, which was impenetrable, therefore all the water rolled off the top of the sticky clump and into my wardrobe. I was trying to rid my wardrobe of damp following a leak, not create puddles of water.I contacted san direct who after several emails and requests to provide photographs of the sticky mess, agreed they would send me a replacement. After two weeks I emailed them to chase it up. They knew nothing about it (?!) but told me I couldn't have a replacement as they were no longer available. Finally they agree to give me a partial refund. Product was a massive waste of time and money. Customer service was pretty rubbish.Since got a different product and it works a treat uni bond aero 360. I'd get that one instead if I were you.

The property I rent has very damp external walls (sadly landlord does nothing about it)..I came across Kilrock damp absorbers they are great. A bit fiddly loading the crystals in the basket, but I know it works. I ordered a pack of 4. While I live here they have become a must on the household products shopping list. I will buy a de humidifier but I shall still keep these in.

Placed on floor under bedroom bay window. Collected the moisture over 4 weeks, easy to empty and refills easily available at a reasonable cost.

Slightly messy to load the tray first time, but no problems after that. Works a treat absorbing moisture out of the air in my shed.

couldn't be without this once its been used you will always go back for it. brilliant product

We use these all year round in our mobile home. During the winter shutdown they remove a lot of water from the home. We would not be without them. Each refill will last approximately 3 weeks. I recommend this product 100%!
