Perri's Leather Ltd. Soft Suede Adjustable Guitar Straps

I bought this strap with a very specific purpose in mind: quiet.The strap I've been using for years is quite squeaky (shiny leather ends), and though it's never been much of an issue on stage, as I use a high-end pick-up, most of my work with the acoustic is now in the studio with a mic. And I'm a stander. Can't sit and play -- not gonna do it -- and that's that.This strap is quiet, it's comfortable (though I dinged it a star in that category because the options are limited with regards to the number of pin holes available), it's very good quality, and oh, did I mention, it's quiet. My main goal is achieved here, and for the cost, I'm quite happy. Had a feeling suede would be the way to go, and it was.Some minor grievances: There's a tag that is sewn into the leather, and it doesn't look like it can be removed without damaging the necessary sewing that sustains the actual strap construction. A perforation would have been nice. That being said, I understand the need for branding, especially when weighing the price of the product. So, that slides.The only other issue is the shipping. It was shipped in merely a thin plastic baggie. If you can only do one, yeah, plastic is the way to go, since you don't want suede to get wet. But even a cheapo cardboard envelope would be nice with the thin baggie inside. But again, they seem to have weighed things fairly in terms of price vs. quality.This is a top-quality (QUIET) strap for a very reasonable price.Thanks, guy.

Levi’s are crazy priced and sub par , PERRI’s however , I truly can’t understand how REAL leather of this high quality can be sold so much less than the competition. This makes my 7th Perri, and it was to replace a Levi that cost 100$. Better in every way and easy on the pocket

Right from the start this fit me like a glove. The adjustability is all that just anyone would ever need. It just works well and looks good. A real good balance for someone that knows what to look for.

Good fit for Gibson 335 style guitar for a guy who is 6’ tall @ 250lbs. Comfortable feel, plenty of length, reversible (brown & tan) and reasonably priced. Also like the 2 1/2” width at the wide, shoulder riding point of the strap. Definitely recommend this guitar strap.

Of all the guitar straps I’ve ever owned this one is the most comfortable. It is the perfect width, is very soft and pliable yet sturdy and stays where I put it. I can not speak to it’s longevity but for the few weeks I’ve used it it’s been great.

I have 3 Perri's leather straps now. They are a high quality product. I'll continue to buy them as long as they make them. Super value for the money. Colors are cool. Though be forewarned different leather can take the dyes differently. So they might appear slightly different than in the pictures. They do hold up and are very comfortable. I believe they're made in Canada. It's not the US but I'd rather buy a Canadian product than a Chinese one. I'll be buying more in the future.
