Easiyo Compact Pink Yogurt Maker with Jar & Instructions 500g

Having recently gotten into fermenting foods, I thought I would try my hand at yoghurt making. I wanted to make organic yoghurt with a live culture of my choice, so opted to buy the little Easiyo pod on its own without any of the sachets.Using the yoghurt maker in this way has worked really well, and it is reliably making delicious yoghurt over night, using only 500 ml of warm milk and a dollop of the previous batch. My kids think it is magic, and love making their own breakfast yoghurt.

just the same as the original easiyo system but scaled down for half the size. Perfect.

I use it to make my own yoghurt and don't bother with the Easiyo mixes.I do find that this doesn't seem to hold the heat for as long as it should,(despite being in my airing cupboard) so I usually end up replacing the water after about eight hours and leaving it for a few more. The yoghurt then comes out fine.Because I put some of the yoghurt aside to make my next batch I do regret not getting a larger yoghurt maker.Overall I think there are probably better and cheaper ones available, but it does the job.

Good product. I did order the pink yogurt maker but they sent a green one. Seems ok so far.
