I bought this for my husband who LOVES it. Inexpensive but totally adequate for our needs. Convenient size without being too small. Built sturdy which is great since he carries it with him.

I was looking for a cheap laptop. here it is.

I did not receive the product I asked for. Instead I got a "free upgrade" with a bad video card/screen. It came to me in "safe mode" and was never restored. Less power than system I ordered. It had a piece of paper in box claiming a free upgrade but I'm a IT guy. It was not a upgrade. Just because it was a cheap pc for a autistic 10 year old does not mean I'm poor or stupid. This was probably the most insulting purchase I've had through Amazon. I'm really starting to dislike this company. I've been a loyal customer for years now. That might have to change.

The computer can't handle multi-tasking; if you need anything more than three tabs open, it's going to be painfully slow. Don't even think about split screen. The sound is decent, but the fan gets pretty annoying.

I’m very happy and very impressed with the condition of my refurbished laptop. It all looks brand new. It comes with Windows 10 with easy to use and understand instructions to start. It’s perfect for my daily home needs. It was shipped to me with high quality packing to prevent damage.

Easy set up, works great, battery life better than I expected.

The product works as expected. It was a good computer for the right price and it had Windows 2010 installed. The computer arrived earlier than expected and the packaging and instructions got me to where I needed to be to start using the laptop.
