Jennifer Adams, best friend to Jacque Pierce and Sally Morgan, is spicy, outspoken, a little crazy, and human . . . or so she thought. Jen has just found out that human DNA is not the only thing that resides in her veins; she happens to share that little pesky werewolf gene, although it isn't more than just a drop. Now that she and her friends are living in Romania with Fane's pack, she is also oh so conveniently stuck with the object of her affection, the fur ball Decebel. Drawn to Decebel by something she doesn't understand, Jen finds herself frustrated by the lack of mating signs between her and said fur ball. Not only is she dealing with that problem, she now has been informed that because of that little drop of werewolf blood in her she is now required to attended a multi-pack gathering for unmated wolves. This type of gathering hasn't taken place in over a century, but with a shortage of females among the werewolf population the males are getting worried they won't ever find their true mates. Meanwhile Decebel struggles with the emotions he is feeling towards Jen. He tries to keep his distance but there is just something about the mouthy blonde that keeps him coming back for more of her verbal abuse, which he just can't seem to get enough of . . . go figure. Review: loved it - This is the review of a 6 book series. The Prince Of Wolves Book 1 Jacque, Sally and Jen, best friends are excited about a new exchange student that is moving in with the couple across the street. Entering their senior year, hoping to have a great one, looking forward to their futures. When Jacque sees the exchange student, she is attracted to him but knows that something is different about him. When she hers a male voice in her head, she knows something is up or she is going crazy. Whoever the boy is, he is calling her Luna...what is a Luna? So Jacque has to call in the girls. The girls are baffled as much as Jacque but also want to see the drop dead gorgeous guy across the street. As the story unfolds, you learn that Fane (gorgeous boy across the st) is a werewolf. Not just a werewolf but a prince, and not just a prince but also Jacques mate. Finding out about werewolves, the supernatural, and the whole mate thing would be enough but nope...a new pack that Fane and the rest of the werewolf population did not know about surfaces. And someone else has also claimed Jacque as their own. Blood Rites Book 2 We return with Fane and Jacque. Getting ready to go through the blood rites of werewolves, after a life or death fight, is stressful for any one, let alone a couple of 17yr olds. When Jacques finds out that she is indeed 1/2 werewolf, she is curious about her father more than anything. So when the girls are in a horrific car accident, her dad comes and makes a visit and you find out things about her BFF's that no knew about. When Jacques is kidnapped, her new found dad, the grey wolves and Fane are hot on the trail but will it be in time to save her from someone they thought was a friend. Just One Drop Book 3 Jen, Jacque and Sally, are back again. Now with Jacque married and starting her life with Fane, the girls have found out something about Jen. Jen has a very small part of werewolf blood running through her veins. Not only that, Decebel the Beta of the pack, is acting strange toward Jen. If she didn't know any better, she would think he was acting like they were mates. But with no mating marks, and no other signs than the attraction between them, no one knows what to think. When the alphas arrange a gathering for all the unmated wolves to try to find mates, Jen and Decebel end up fighting each other. The tension builds and the packs may have a traitor in their mist that wants to destroy the Romanian pack. Out of the Dark Book 4 Jen and Decebel finally together but not yet bonded, are going to face their hardest challenges ever. With her girls, Jacque and Sally at her side. They face off with the witch who had helped the Serbian pack. Still bent on destroying the wolves, she throws spell after spell at the werewolves and Decebel gets hit with not 1 but 2. Decebel loses a part of himself that affects Jen and the entire pack. With a witch hunting them and Decebel cursed, the Romanian pack will have to work together to live through it! Beyond the Veil Book 5 With the Serbian pack now under Decebel's leadership, Jen and Dec together, Jacque and Jen happy, they find out what Sally's place in all this is. Sally, finds out she is a Gypsy healer. A certain werewolf s also paying a lot of attention to their little healer. Sally finds out as a gypsy healer, her mate will be a wolf. On her 18th birthday the signs appear and what everyone knew becomes confirmed. With the witch still on there tail, danger is never far away. After the close call with Jen in book 4, the Fates come to collect and tell her what the price will be for cheating death. Jen finds out she is pregnant and the price is the life of her child. If that were not enough the witch has something worse than death planned for these mated males and before the end is here they may wish for death to come. Fate and Fury Book 6 The girls are back fighting for the men they love with life and death hanging in the balance. Working with Peri a Fae, they have to try to rescue the men they love before they loose their minds in the In-Between. Trying to find a way in and out is difficult and almost impossible at best. Now the witch, is getting under way with her ultimate plans, opening the veil to the demon world. She wants to unleash them into the world. The problem is the only one who knows how to open the veil is the Warlock King. With the witch orchestrating her plans and the girls all trying to rescue their mates, everyone is on edge and ready to fight. Will the time in the IN-Between put a wedge in between the mates, will their minds survive the torture, are they strong enough to make it and beat the witch once and for all or will they lose all they have been fighting for. I was recommended this series by a friend. I read and review paranormal but not too many YA books. I will say I went through all 6 in under 5 days. I could not put them down. I was repeatedly drawn back to the books time and time again. The stories are so well done, with lots of action, suspense, love, romance and above all friendship. The 3 main girls, being only 17 rise to the occasion and stand together to fight for what they want and believe in. Friends that will love each other even in the worse of times. I will say my favorite character is Jen. She brings out the fighting spirit of the girls and is the smart mouth friend we all have that every one is laughing at. She brings humor to situations and will make you laugh out loud. This is a series I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who likes paranormal will love these books. It is a YA book that adults will love as well. Miss Loftis has found a new fan who will be watching for more. I can not say enough about how much I enjoyed the entire series. The only bad thing I say is my heart broke along with Decebel's at the end of 6. I can't wait for the next one, I am hoping she doesn't make us wait too long. This is one series I could see on screen!! Looking forward to reading more from this author! juliesbookreview.blogspot.com Review: I absolutley loved this book!!!!! - Quinn Loftis has outdone herself with Just One Drop. I have been enthralled with The Grey Wolves series and have been on the edge of my seat waiting for the next installment. Needles to say, Just One Drop left me breathless and desperate for more. Quinn is an outstanding author and has written this series with a new take on "werewolves" that is not seen in many novels and movies today, Just One Drop, Book 3 in the Grey Wolves Series which I absolutely love. Every single page of Just One Drop leaves you hungry for the next. I simply could not put it down. I love Quinn's creativity and the way she depicts the characters in the book, their personalities, the way they interact, and the way she portrays the whole werewolf concept, which is unique and so different from the traditional concept centered on the man who becomes the monster on the night of the full moon. In Prince of Wolves and Blood Rites, the journey begins with Jacque, a normal teenage girl who finds out she is half werewolf, and her oh so "drool worthy" mate Fane, "swoon." Quinn has written in such a way that enables the reader to climb aboard and experience the intense romance and deep love that Jacque and Fane have for one another, and the trials and tribulations they encounter because they are part of the werewolf world and its culture. We have come to know and love Jacque's snarky best friends Jen and Sally. We have been introduced to Fane's family and pack members, including Decebel, who is as Jen would say, "One fine Romanian Werewolf Hottie," and the developing relationship between Jen and Decebel. Just One Drop continues where Blood Rites left off, with the girls now living in Romania with the Romanian wolf pack. Jen and Decebel's bond continues to develop and is filled with extreme and desperate love, heartache, passion, humor, anger, and intensity beyond words. The book is action packed and filled with romance, as well as humor. I have thoroughly enjoyed the story of these three best friends, where they have been, and I am exited to see what their future holds. I love the way Quinn has made you feel like you know and love all the characters in the book, and I cannot wait to see where Quinn takes us from here. You will swoon, you will cry, your heart will race in anticipation of what is going to happen next, you will laugh your head off, and you will fall in love with Just One Drop, and the entire Grey Wolves series. It just keeps getting better and better. I highly recommend this book, and the entire Grey Wolves series. Get them all. Quinn has become one of my favorite authors and the Grey Wolves series, is on the top of my favorites list. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

More hot Romanian Fur Balls!!
OMG this series is so much fun to read. I find myself laughing constantly at Jen and her crazy comments. Quinn has amazing characters that keep you wanting more. I can't read them fast enough. It is so much fun to read and get a book with your love story, heartbreak and even some fights, but lots of funny comments between mates and friends. This book is all about the pull Decebel feels for Jen. He doesn't understand what is going on and he left the mansion right after Jacque and Fanes bonding ceremony. He hasn't even heard that she has a very small amount of werewolf blood that she is a dormant werewolf. It all means she can be someones mate and she hope it is him. But if he cares then why did he leave. She decides she has waited long enough for the stubborn, hot fur ball so she decides she's going home to the states. Vasile decides he wants to try and intervene and gets Decebel to go bring her back to the mansion. He feels she will listen to him. She comes back but is determined she's gonna get her Dec and have some fun. The girls decide to go to a bar with Sorin as a gaurd and get their drink on. Behind the counter they meet Costin another hot yound wolf in the pack. He lets them drink a little but soon Decebel realizes what is going on and he and Fane head out to bring them home. Dec is possessive of Jen but want really tell her how he feels, one minute he seems interested and the next treats her like a child and just a pack mate. Jen and all the unmated females find they are going to have to join in on what they call the Mate Fest. Several packs are to get together with all the unmated males and females to see if the can find their true mate. They have been so few babies and they need to find true mates to up the population again. Jen has to go even though she is dormant. Dec doesn't take the news well and though most in his pack feel they are mates with out any of the signs they have to participate. Cynthia is trying to research and find out if she isn't showing becuase of her dormant were genes. She soon finds out that it can take a major event to get her signs of being someones mate to show. In the mean time Dec can't handle anyone messing with Jen. He gets in several fights to protect her honor. After one of the younger pups feels Jen up and winds up clawing and leaving a bruies on her Dec attacks. He doesn't kill the wolf but he is major pissed at what he did to his mate. Something just keeps telling him Jen is his even with out his marks. He winds up getting lock in a room to keep him calm until they can get some answers. Jen and Sally of course are trying to be there for her and all that is going on. The girls with the help of Costin get the Seberian pack for what they did to set Dec off and get him out of the way for others to have a shot at Jen. They wanted away to get the male wolves from the Seberain pack not to be able to phase so they can pull the prank off. Sally realizes she knows what to use even though she doesn't know how. Cynthia realizes she may be a gypsy healer due to the knowlegde of what she knows. On the same night someone poisons Vasile and he and Alaina both almost die. But the one to save them may surpise you, Sally figures out he was poisoned and knows how to save him. They soon find out she is defiantly a healer she saves both of the Alpha and his mate, but while looking for the antidote Jen disappears. One of Jen's pack members betrays them all and tries to kill Jen and Dec goes crazy because he finally can hear her through the bond but is worried he can't save her. She orders him to save Jacque and Fane from the Seberian Alpha. Someone has set the mansion on fire that they all are staying in. It becomes a question if he helps them will he lose his mate.. These books are so great you don't want to stop reading. She never leaves any characters out you always know what is going on with the whole group and new ones that come along at the right time. A must read in my book.

Best one yet
I liked this book the most so far out of this series. I found this instalment fresh, not repetitive, and it really provided so much more detail into the grey wolves than the previous two did. We return to find Jacque, Jen and Sally all living in Romania. Jacque is having her HEA with Fane, so Jen is the focus of this story and you get her at her sarcastic and slightly smutty best, with Jacque and Sally trying to keep her under control. Jen of course has found out she has wolf blood, and is all hot and bothered with brooding wolf Decebel. The story is of course what will happen with these two. I loved the path this story took, I did not want to put the book down. The ending was a bit of a cliff hanger compared to the others, but most of the story was nicely wrapped up. The best bits of the first two have been replicated in this one, with the great banter between the three girls, and the lovely romance that takes place between the girls and the wolves. But the bits I did not like from the previous two are missing in this. There is no repetition in the storyline and it is fresh. I now must move onto to number four. Will I read it again? Probably Would I recommend it? Yes.

Loftis outdid herself with Jen in this one!!!
Another unforgettable book in this amazing series!!! I knew going into JoD that I was going to love it, because this is Jen and Dec's story and I absolutely adore these characters!!!! Jen had already earned herself top spot as the funniest and most memorable female character I've ever read, without a doubt, and Dec was just irresistible. This time around, all is settled and well for Jacque and Fane, but Jen is miserable living in Romania while an absentee Decebel has taken leave for over two months. Unsure what her feelings for him mean, when Dec returns and there's still no sign that he's her mate, Jen is determined to not let it get her down. But when the alphas decide that it's in the best interest to bring back an old mating tradition, Jen and Dec are in for a major challenge. All unmated females and males are asked to gather so that more true mates may be found amongst the packs, and with no proof that Dec is her mate Jen must attend. With Dec's wolf claiming Jen and possessively protecting her from the other men, things are strained to the breaking point, and an unexpected attack on their pack throws everything into turmoil!! Loftis brought out the big guns with Jen in this book, making this always hysterical character shine even more than she already did. Jen is once again up to her old antics, doing anything in her power to drive Dec crazy and flirt with him relentlessly at the same time. I adore the banter and smoking hot chemistry between these two, maybe even more than I did with Fane and Jacque (who I absolutely loved!)! It was sad watching them have to deny their feelings because no mating signs ever showed up, and the moment I read about the gathering I was thinking "oh, no, this can't be good!". I knew it spelled bad news for both of them, but what I wasn't expecting was how incredibly entertaining Jen would be throughout the whole event!! Oh, good lord this girl had me laughing to the point of tears (the cheering scene, oh my, I think I pulled a stomach muscle laughing so hard!!!)!!!! I just loved that Dec accepted her and loves her for who she is, nutty craziness and all. There was so much sexual tension and jealous angst between them, it had me glued to my iPad! I loved that we got to see so much of our old favorites again; Jacque, Fane, Sally, and the rest of the pack were all present and accounted for, and they were just as unforgettable as they were in the previous books. We learned some exciting new things about Sally that will surely mean exciting things for her in the rest of the series, and it seems Loftis has some very interesting plans in the works!! Thad, the underhanded antagonist in this book, made my skin crawl. I was so mad as he made his plans to take out the pack, it had my stomach in knots!! The climax came so late in the book that I was wondering if maybe his plans were just going to fall through, but the last 10% of the story non-stop suspense and heartbreak. I definitely wasn't expecting the MAJOR cliffhanger Loftis leaves us with, and I am so very grateful at this point that I was late to this series....because I don't have to wait to see what happens next!! =) Yep, on to Out of the Dark!!!

AWESOME BOOK SERIES... However, very disappointed with use of Audible book
5+ STARS for the books - After reading the Sample on my iBooks library, I bought the Free Prince of Wolves to read on a plane trip. I read while visiting family and friends (I never do that) and read until late that first night at the hotel. I couldn't wait until I got home to get the next book in the Grey Wolf Series (GWS), so I purchased that and the other 6 books in the GWS that night using the WiFi at the hotel. I was very thankful that I just got the first book a week earlier so I didn't have to wait 6 months for the next book to come out since Quinn was all done with the series (except for the GWS predecessor about Vasile and Alina--cannot wait for that one!) I FELL IN LOVE with all the characters, especially Jen and Dec. I want my own fur ball, 80% Dec and 20% Costin, because dimples are a huge weakness of mine!!!!! 5+ STARS for the books. 1 STAR for the Audible version - I love Jen's snarky, bluntness (reminds me of me sometimes) and how Dec responds to her so I wanted to purchase the Audible version of my two favorite books in the series (which was very, very hard to choose)-- Just One Drop and Out of the Dark. I purchased the Audible version of Just One Drop last night for my iPhone so I could listen to it in my car to and from work (via Bluetooth) starting today. HOWEVER, I tried to play it this morning and it told me it could not play it because it can only play it with a WiFi connection because it was 100Mg. I have now wasted $23.95 and am VERY DISAPPOINTED... money does not grow on trees! Quinn - in order to make your books work everywhere (not just someplace where there is WiFi (e.g., home, coffee shop) but also in a person's car (or the park)where they don't have WiFi), PLEASE tell your distributor to break the file of each book into 2 parts! This way everyone is happy and doesn't waste any money!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH, QUINN! I literally could eat these books up -- I feel like I'm 18 yrs old again and I am far from that. Where were these kind of books when I was a young adult?! I LOVE the mixture of reality with fantasy. I like the Twilight series too, but the Grey Wolf Series BLEW Twilight away! Please make movies of these!!!!

Grey Wolves Rock!!!!
Quite a few months ago now I purchased an Ebook by a brand new author, Quinn Loftis. The Ebook was Prince of Wolves - A Grey Wolves Series. As I am a total sucker for series books I thought I would give it a go. Lets just say I could NOT put this book down...No seriously I got hardly any sleep and I read it nearly all night. Finally when the next book in the series was released Blood Rites I was very quick to pick that one too! For the first time I actually had tears while reading a book. The way Quinn writes it makes you feel as though you know the characters personally and when the major event happens in Blood Rites you just are that into the story you actually feel part of it. So by this stage I was so hooked in to The grey Wolves I couldn't wait for for the 3rd instalment Just One Drop to come out. Let's just say Quinn did it yet again! As with the first 2 books the banter between the 3 girls is absolutely HILARIOUS! I find myself actually laughing out loud at some of the comments but with bringing the 2 guys in on it it's even funnier! With Just one Drop the story is more about Jen but unlike other series books all the characters are still in it so you still get to hear from Jacque and Fane. To understand this book and it's direction you have to understand the characters and each book has been written with that in mind. With the first two books it was more about Jacque and Fane and their love story and it suited them but Just One Drop is about Jen and Dec's love story so it has to suit appropriately. Those who know Jen's character know she NEVER keeps her mouth shut. She speaks her mind so she's always getting into trouble so you know this book is definitely not boring. I love the dynamic between Dec and Jen. I think they are the perfect fit and with these two life will never be dull that's for sure. At the end of this book there is a MAJOR cliffhanger but in my opinion it suited the book and characters in this book. Jen never does things the easy way which is why we love her. She asks Dec to do the absolute impossible and that go against him as a wolf, Mate and Man but he does it to spite everything because of his love for her. I am so excited for Book 4 but for now I am content with rereading Books 1,2 & 3. Congratulations Quinn you deserve it!

good story, bad printing
I love this series, would recomend the story, but when it came it had a bad cover printing, the image of the cover gas smaller that the actual book, it was as if the editorial didn't care or was bad organized. But I have to say that I bought some of the other books in the series and they came well

Just One Drop
