Q: How do you lock the hinges to get door back on?

We were able to insert it in without locking the hinge; once the top hook is under its pivot you can carefully let the weight of the door compress the spring to slide in the lower part of the hinge. The key here is that once it's in, both the silver levers MUST stay in line on the same side. If the long hook slides down sideways past the lower locking one, the mechanism will eventually fail. Once the door is in, if you need to remove it again, pivot the lower hook latch onto the long hook at the small tongue in the middle, while the door is completely open and flat.
