I don't normally write reviews althought I avidly read others'. Oops! I've blown several hi-fi speakers recently, pre-existing ones, those I've bought to replace them, lime Wharfedale Diamond9.1 from Amazin and Denon speakers from eBay. All gone. My fault because my amp's RMS was higher than the speakers. So, I did my homework and bought these. Absolutely amazing! My amp is only on 6 and face is melting. Plus, clarity and depth. I do use a powered sub-woofer but my point is the speakers sound great and are loud. I've seen some reviews on here saying the speakers arrived with parts loose and hanging out. Mine were perfect. And for £80. £80?? That is a crazy bargain price. I'm a rock musician, love loud music and I'm very, very happy.

Poor quality and no subwooffer grills broken air port fell out

I was not expect the depth of sound with my JVC amplifier being lifted to new levels. Worth every penny I paid! I would not have got this quality from some known brands.

Once I repaired the bass radiators and surround trim rings with gorilla glue, and once positioned correctly in the room, they sound excellent!I have a 1.2kw Kenwood full size separates system and these speakers can handle the system at half volume very comfortably!!
