Awfully strong, and sweet. Avery warm mint, almost hot. Creme De Mint​ much nicer.

I consider myself the type that tells it like it is. I've been critical of a couple of syrups, however this is by far the best, well one of the best Amoretti produces. If you like the taste of Spearmint with a hint of lime this is what I consider a Mojito. I buy many syrups and I will only purchase Amoretti. I use it for flavoring sugar for low fat, non fat treats that I make. The taste is of Spearmint is so defined, so tasty so GREAT. I read the other review and I believe he didn't try the other Mojito syrup, sounds to me that's what he wanted. I love this syrup and I've already re-ordered it's that good. I run a studio and my day is hectic but the taste of this syrup in my iced tea is a get away. I love the products and will only buy Amoretti. Amoretti you could look up my orders, I order MASIVE orders. Great products!

I was really disappointed when I got this syrup, it was very thick and tasted more like 'mint julep' than a light Mojito mint ...I wanted the deep color green but not the taste of a strong spearmint...this is not a good choice in my opinion from a mojito syrup to use in recipes..and the price point is higher than the other better brands...I will stick to Monin! I am revising my post since I tried to return the item, and they did give me a full refund..and I thank you for that...but i think you should revise your description on this product on amazon..because this is not a true mojito flavor...its a mint julep

I rarely post reviews... First negative post ever... But this stuff tastes awful... Is like taking a bad mint flavored medicine... The after taste is terrible... I don't know who in their right mind would like this stuff... At first I used it to make mojitos and I was using fresh mint as decoration... Oh that fresh mint soon was getting smashed to flavor those mojitos because with only a few drops of this mint syrup the mojitos were crazy dark green and tasting horrible... Next day I put a few drops of this mint syrup in a ice cold water glass and same results dark green and horrible taste

-Taste: The flavor of mint is perfect. I was looking for this for my green tea because I wasn't able to find mint leaves as often as I liked and it makes the tea perfectly minty(do not expect the exact natural flavor, this is 90% of the original). The flavor is sweetened and very strong. You will use one pump of this product to 2-3 pumps of competitive product. It is supposed to contain 95-100 pumps so you are set for a long time. -Excellently packaged: It comes in a cardboard box with a opening through with you can see the syrup. You get a pump desperately in the package(so nothing is ever spilled during shipping). The bottle is plastic and I love the way it looks on my counter(along with Hazelnut, peppermint,Vanilla,Caramel and Strawberry syrups- as I am typing this I realize I might have gone a wee bit overboard with buying these syrups) Perfect consistency, it dissolves very easily and a good product. I am sure most people want to buy these for Mojitos and this syrup will be good for that use. If you are looking for something for your coffee try the Amoretti Peppermint. Cheers!

I've been making Mojitos for many years and find it a hassle dealing with spearmint leaves. This syrup solves the problem. Not only is it quick and easy, but the flavor is outstanding! A word to the wise: this syrup is very concentrated, I use no more than two drops per large glass of Mojito. Rick Cuoio

We have used coffee syrups for years, and have tried many brands and flavors. This is the first one I've felt we really will need to just throw away because nobody will use it. Tastes terrible, and not a weak terrible that can be covered up by other flavors mixed in. A strong terrible that just isn't going to be usable in anything.

The mint flavor was ok, it didn't blow my hair back or anything but the fake green dye made my bar drink look and an unnatural color. I won't be using this for guests that's for certain and I might simply toss it and just go to the trouble to make simple syrup from scratch and steep fresh mint leaves. Maybe I'll keep the bottle and reuse it for my homemade concoction and just stored in the fridge?

Not good for snowcone machine...not the taste I was expecting
