It fits into my CyberPower SE425G UPS, which previously had a CPS3.56-12.

Why is this battery so expensive?!?!?! the ups it goes in sells for $44 right here on amazon! why does the battery alone cost more than a new ups?!?

That's Amazon's price. As a ups gets older it experiences load increases which reduces battery life, therefore due to cost and life expectancy, many of the less expensive ups models are disposable after the battery dies, or they just don't make the battery economical enough to replace.

How can I charge this battery ?

Any 12 volt charger with low amp out put works......such as a trickle charger or a 1 amp motor cycle or lawn mower charger..... caution: don’t over charge
