Can it be used in a carseat?

It's too big (fluffy) and long to use safely while buckled but nice when unbuttoned and used as a blanket over the entire seat.-bottom doesn't open all the way flat as it has a seam along the bottom however it works to the advantage of wrapping around the seat where it contours.

does it have holes for a 5 point harness to fit into a stroller?
