New kettle for my elderly mother
The old dear needed a new kettle and this is brilliant for her. Not too heavy and nice and quiet when in use. Only small issue was getting the lid off as she suffers with arthritis. I easily sorted that for her with a bit of a fettle on the lid. All good and would recommend as it's just right for older people as its not too big.

Looks great
I bought this product primarily for how it would look in my new kitchen and looks do not disappoint. The only reason I have right now not to give it 5 stars is I feel the build quality of the lid (that you remove to put water in) could be better, it feels a bit like they cut a few corners in that regard, but overall I'm happy with the product.

Very smart kettle
Love this kettle. Pours nicely, is quite and boils quickly. I was nearly put off ordering it from the negative reviews some people gave it but I’ve not found anything negative to say about it. One comment was that steam comes from the on/off switch and this will happen if the kettle is over filled - so don’t over fill it and it’s fine.

Disappointing
Really liked the look of this kettle but it quickly chipped and looked scruffy.

Great looking and easy to use
What a great looking product that matches the swan toaster. Easy to use as can be swirled for left or right hand. Tend to use the spout to fill with water. Fast boiling. Excellent product

Very Poor Quality
Atractive design, works well but very poor quality. Chrome plating is lifting from the lid and this appears to be a known problem. Can't find an easy way of contacting Amazon to get this replaced. Can't be bothered to return the complete kettle to try and get it replaced. If it were to be replaced suspect the problem would reoccur!Will wait until I see an alternative kettle elsewhere and purchase a replacement.

Bright and lovely shape, easy to handel

lid is cheap and nasty
lid is of a poor design and very flimsy.after it has boiled the kettle keeps making a clicking sound. I bought it to go with the rest of my swan kitchen. it's a shame, because some of the other products are actually very good quality. Although I found the flimsy table-top oven to be a disappointment too.
