This product is amazing! I’ve tried everything and spent a ton on money on other products. I have severe hot flashes and with in four weeks I barely have any. I still get hot flashes but not near the intensity or as frequent. Highly recommend this product.

I have been taking this supplement for about a year and it has cut down on my hot flashes by about 50%. It’s helped not only the amount of hot flashes per day but also the intensity. That said, I just received my new shipment and the pills are quite a bit larger than the ones I have been taking. Now I’m questioning if these are “counterfeit” products. How do I know?? I’m not feeling comfortable buying on Amazon these days. This is not the first product that this has happened with. Feeling frustrated.

It took a couple of months, but with continued use I noticed that my hot flashes and night sweats improved and so did my mood, much to the relief to those around me, lol.

I thought it was hopeless and that I would have to live with the discomfort and embarrassment of having to always explain why I was sweating profusely out of nowhere. My doctor had prescribed me 2 different meds that were supposedly for hot flashes but one was really an antidepressant and the other was for restless leg syndrome. They did NOT work. I've been using this product now for over 3 months and I just got blood work done to make sure my liver was ok. I'm all good! I hope you find some solace using these pills.

Menopause sucks and hot flashes make it ridiculous! This is the only product I’ve found that helps. I get a hot flash every now and then but NOTHING like before! Grateful for this product

A co-worker of mine turned me on to these several years ago when I just began going through natural menopause. She had had a very early hysterectomy (her 30s) and did not want to continue the synthetic HRT her docs had put her on as it was causing more harm than good. A homeopathic doctor recommended them to her. I figured that if they could help her, they certainly might help me with hot flashes and mood swings. I've been taking them (on and off) for years now, and when I remember to take 2 a day, within 24 hours they improve my patience level. It's pretty amazing. I even like the way they smell. LOL Kind of grassy and fresh, like vitamins should smell. No side effects at all.FYI, I also take 5,000IU of D3, 1,000mg of omega-3, and my regular "Alive!" veggie cap vitamins every day, plus a couple tablespoons of freshly ground flax in my morning smoothie.
