This blanket was exactly as described, and exactly what I was looking for. I bought it as a gift for a long time friend who I only see occasionally due to the distance between us. I wanted to remind her that even when we are apart, I am always sending her warm hugs. She absolutely loved it. She called me to thank me for it and was so excited she read the whole blanket to me aloud. She could not stop telling me how much she loved it. I am so glad - that's exactly what I had hoped for. I would definitely recommend this blanket as a special gift for someone who needs to feel hugged!

We’ve enjoyed “Blankies” since 2016 – They are still Fleece and still 50” by 60”. Blue color is now a shade lighter. Main change since 2016 has been to a single material thickness.We recently bought two pair of today’s Blankies and had each pair made into 'Super Blankies'. (We had a local Seamstress sew each pair 'Back to Back" with a hidden periphery seam.) Now ours is double cozy with many 'Hugs' on both sides. Thus is the history of a 'Super Hugs' Gift for our Son and his Wife.We really appreciate this Maker’s Charitable Philosophy and that, plus a really nice product, is the reason we are Warm and Happy Customers.....

My mom was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I sent this to her because I live far away and she sent me this picture after she got out of the hospital. She says that she feels my hugs in the blanket. I felt like this was the right present to send her to comfort her.

I just received the blanket and I really like it. It’s very soft, I love the color ( blue) and I love the sayings on it. Maybe the only thing I could say is it could be a little bit thicker, but that’s a subjective thing, some people wouldn’t like it thicker. I’m giving this as a gift and I’m lining the basket with the blanket and then putting other little goodies in and I think this will be just perfect! I’d love it if the Hug blanket came in more colors :)

I have worked w/a lady for several years. Though we have know each other for a long time we are not close. She has just been diagnosed w/a terminal type of blood cancer and as you can imagine things are difficult for her right now. I just wanted to let her know that I cared. I bought this in blue and could not be more pleased. All the reviews claiming to its softness, were not exaggerating! It can be a very personal gift if given w/that intent but it is also perfect for just letting someone know you are there and that you care w/out being pushy or insincere w/feelings toward someone you don't know very well. I want to purchase more just to have on hand for when a hug is the only gift you can offer.

I was the recipient of a BlankieGram “hug” blanket in May 2020 and I love it so much that I ordered one for the birthday of a 99 year old friend. I couldn’t think of a sweeter gift than wrapping her with hugs. I received my blanket on Mother’s Day 2020. My daughter and son in law were discussing gifts for the mothers. My son in law said, “we can give them a hug” to which my daughter replied, “ we can’t even do that this year!” because of COVID-19 precautions. My daughter got on Amazon and searched for “hug gifts” and I received the most special gift of the purple hug blanket. It is so soft and warm but lightweight enough to use year round. My 99 year old friend loved hers and everyone wanted to know where I found it. It is a very beautiful, good quality blanket. I’ve washed mine several times and it still looks new. It is a beautiful, cherished gift.

I think throws are always a nice gift. But a lot of them are not a good quality esp. after they are used awhile and washed. They pill and fade. This throw is high quality. It's rich in color and very very soft. And comes packaged in a mesh bag. (no ugly plastic bag). It tops it off as a very classy gift. Simply ready to put in a gift bag. You will not regret buying this for anyone you care about.

Bought this for my teenage Nephew after his Father unexpectedly passed during quarantine in my State. With social distancing and not being able to hug him. This was the perfect gift. He sent me a picture with him holding it. He's about 5' 6 and it was much larger than him. He said it was so soft. He loved it and it was good to see him smile in the picture.Thank you!!!!!

I don't write bad reviews but I'm very disappointed about this blanket first I ordered this blanket in December didn't get it till today was suppose be delivered January 9th and second the blanket does not look like the picture it all the material of it is completely different i never complain but come on this is just too much smh im glad everyone didn't have this problem reason I ordered it because of so many good reviews this was a birthday gift to my mother from my 2yr son 😔

This was given as a gift and the recipient was thrilled. Loved the texture, wording etc. My only complaint was the cost which was double what the website of provider was in the US. Would have ordered directly but they were not shipping out of country.

It is a scam. Advertised product by Blankiegram Hugs Blanket is completely different from a delivered one. In reality it is a very small, thin, very poor quality material. What a shame and disappointment. The company refuses a full refund.
