Helps me sleep and a nice side effect is great dreams that seem much easier to remember. This brand delivers a potent 50mg per pill dosage. I wish you could get these in 100mg for a reasonable price. I take 2 before bed and it works almost every time.Glass bottle gets a big smile from me every time:) Quality stuff.

Helps with joint pain

The "best buy" date is 5 months away (1-2020) so this stock has been sitting around for more than 1-year, as I compared it to my current bottle of B-6 which is several months old but has a "best buy" of 1-2021. If you do the math, that means this product has a date that is probably close to 2 years when it is bottled and stamped. Next time I'll buy it from somebody else.
