Not the same as it used to be.
Takes way more to flavor anything than a few years ago. The flavor is too subtle and tastes more artificial than before.

I’ve bought Capella for years. Their flavors are All spot on. I add to frostings, love it to flavor yogurt, water without add the extra sugars.

Good flavor, a little is all you need
I got this to try to duplicate the Dunkin blueberry matcha latte. It does a pretty good job. You truly only need 1-2 drops for a large drink. The flavor is good and it smells like blueberry (I had tried another brand of flavoring that smelled absolutely awful). I like that I only need a tiny amount to get the flavor I want, so the little bottle will last a long time. It adds a very subtle sweetness, but nothing overpowering
