No, this ear piece only work for Motorola radios.

How to pair the Bluetooth transmitter to another Bluetooth headset? both transmitter and headset just sit in pairing mode.

When both are in pairing mode (red and blue lights flashing alternately), they will automatically pair. But only the speakers can be paired. If your own Bluetooth headset has a PTT button, the internal Bluetooth module is not the same as our dongle, so it may not be able to pair.
