G502 is one of the best gaming mice I’ve used in a long time. Right out of the box, it feels solid and well-built — not cheap or flimsy. The shape fits my hand comfortably whether I’m clawing or palm-gripping, and the buttons are responsive without being too stiff.

Just amazing! The mouse i very good and it has no issues when it arrived it was in good condition it gives a premium feel and it has good software from where you can control dpi rgb and stuff like that its just superb. Should buy it value for money.

One of the best wired mouse there is, all the buttons just work seamlessly with most of the games. The design and the light can be synced with the keyboard using ghub even the usb connector is sturdy. It's a perfect fit for my hands ... love it👌👌👌👌👍👍

As it is said nothing is perfect and that is true. Even though it is one of the best mouse it has it's flaws. So how I came to this mouse mostly due to price, timing and RGB. Seriously if you are not interested in RGB get some other mouse as it has no importance and it would not make you a better gamer. When I had ordered this mouse the first time I had received a damaged product which Amazon swiftly replaced it. This mouse is great once you get used to the DPI settings and find your sweet spot. The clicks are precise and the sensor is one of the best. The number of extra buttons are adequate and ergonomics for a right-handed is almost perfect (No wonder Razer copied it, look at Basilisk). On game like CS:GO I have managed to almost rank up 10 levels, but now I am stuck so I guess I am not great as I used to think, but the mouse definitely helped me reach there. The weights are great for those who need it, I don't use it as I want it to be light. The RGB looks cool and is not too much. Now to the not so good. Logitech mouse have problem of double clicking, where you click once and it registers as two clicks. This used to be really annoying but I'm not totally sure what caused this change but after cleaning the mouse and a firmware update it seems to have removed that problem. Will test out more to be sure but it is been working better. Second problem, holding the click. When holding the right mouse button it sometimes will unregister it even though you are holding the button. This problem is very irritating when you are doing any drag and drop movements, or like spraying a gun (CS:GO) and it will stop. This issue is more due to the dust/dirt getting stuck inside the buttons. Just blow some air and clean will mostly stop the problem. But it would be better if Logitech solves the problem. Been using the mouse for almost 3 years and it is still working fine and do recommend it for those who can get this on a good deal.

Bought it in March 2023, the mouse is still working fine with (without double clicking) all the OSes I could work on. Either Mac, Windows, Linux or even ChromeOS. - Although the GHub application which controls everything software side is not available on anything other than Windows and Mac, the onboard chip still stores atleast some settings to use in other OS such as DPI levels and button controls. - If your hands are big this is the best mouse you can buy to make your hands comfortable. It fits perfectly in my hands. - I wish the wireless version was slightly less costly as I can't throw in 10K in a mouse that will just stop working with double click issue after 3-4 years. Got the same problem in G402 mice previously. Consecutively bought 2 of them in a gap of 3 years. - Warranty support is abysmal but they atleast replace your whole device if it is still under warranty. It took around 1.5 month in G402 warranty replacement. - Build Quality for G502 is better than G402 although wire should have been more tough or to say braided. Current cable is not that good. Latest G402 had a better cable than this G502. - After all the fear of double clicking this mice is still the value for money.

Very comfortable for both work and gaming. Additional features like hyper fast scrolling mode, DPI shift button, horizontal scroll support are excellent. I had no idea I would end up using these features so much. Customizable weights are an added bonus, but I found the default weight quite good. I have been using the mouse almost everyday for 3.5 years and just now it has started giving left click and middle click issues. This is the longest I have used a mouse. All other mice I owned in the past had issues within the first year (especially the cheaper logitech ones). Highly recommend this one if you need a wired gaming mouse.

I've been wanting to buy this mouse for 2 years now (starting from the core and spectrum models), but was never able to grab any of them. But the beast has finally arrived. Let's start by putting all the negatives out first: The mouse was missing a skate (the topmost one) when it arrived, but after a little searching around, it was stuck to the lower side of the cable (probably since manufacturing) and was easily replaced with some glue. The sniper button is, my far, the toughest button to reach, (considering by really small thumb) but it could've been placed at a better position. Now to the positives: The mouse feels firm, not too heavy, and super accurate (considering the HERO sensor). 16k DPI is something you would rarely use but that extra accuracy definitely helps in lower DPI modes too. The hyper-fast scroll is super useful in professional environments and during long coding sessions (and B-hopping :P). Adjustable weights are something you would find useful if you have a big heavy hand and want extremely precise control over the mouse (CS:GO). The buttons feel great with a nice tactile feel and clicky touch. The software (Logitech Gaming Software) is great but really needs an update, like NOW! Other than that, pretty much everything is great about the mouse. You will surely enjoy it!
