Why do they make you put a title dildo
I purchased a dodge caravan that had a radio that didn’t work. Base model, no blue toot, no back up cam. I ordered this radio, and received a email from the supplier that if I had any issues, contact them directly. With a link. Thought this was a nice touch. The day I received the radio, got the same email again. Gibbys was on top of this. I got my own installation parts and did the install myself. Except for back up cam, will do that when weather is nicer. Was straightforward if you’ve installed radios before, because my car was base model. Had an issue with time. Kept resetting to random times. Did a factory reset and has been fine since. Almost thought I had to contact gibbys. But all has been good for a long time now. Bluetooth is great. Easy to setup connections and connects quickly getting in and out of vehicle. Hands free calls work well with included microphone. Streams music good and clear, I have unlimited data so I often let Spotify run while I drive. Touchscreen is great, as good as my iPhone. Apple CarPlay is spot on, I’ve used it in many vehicles that come from factory with it. Fm reception is great, and has 15 presets. Sounds quality is also great, in my opinion, and has a 10 band equalizer, which I like. Overall very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend

BEST Bang For Your Buck! AMAZING Apple CarPlay Stereo
The media could not be loaded. Sony XAVAX1000 Review & Install on 2007 Hyundai Elantra:I was a little skeptical of this unit and have always been skeptical of aftermarket units as I think they're ugly, of terrible quality and a pain in the a** to use. This Sony unit checks ALL the boxes + more. The interface is beautiful, simple and EASY to navigate unlike most aftermarket units. Apple CarPlay works SEAMLESSLY and flawlessly. Connecting a backup camera was EASY and my unit looks so good mounted into the license plate light (all links for what I needed are listed below). I was worried I wouldn't like the USB port next to the screen but it really doesn't bother me other than the look isn't great but it was better than routing a USB port somewhere else and way simpler + this unit has AUX if you need it. My only complaint is that the touch screen is capacitive and it's kind of old school. Granted you're not touching it much and it works just fine, it's just not as nice as say a high quality glass or plastic display with resistive touch. That being said, I purchased an open box unit from Amazon in perfect condition-sealed for $250 so I have ZERO complaints. I had a hard time figuring out how everything would come together for a 2007-2010 Elantra but below are all the items I needed that made for a perfect install. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with this unit and setup and could not be happier. It looks great, it has a REAL volume knob, Apple CarPlay is kick a** and I have a backup camera mounted to look OEM!I HIGHLY recommend this unit!Components needed for a 2007 Hyundai Elantra install:Wiring Harness:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001HU4BEI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Backup Camera:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BL3VKB1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Dash Removal Tools:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0131VN420/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1Double Din Dash Replacement:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07G1586FQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1Parking Brake Bypass:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VKQ6ECQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Double Din Mount:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0014IIMVG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1**For a 2007 Elantra I did not need the FM antenna plug converter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0052IJDFS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s04?ie=UTF8&psc=1) I believe you need this for newer models (2009-2010)**I also upgraded my reverse lights to LED's so that I have an ultra bright view at night:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D7823TM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

So far, really satisfied, TOTALLY worth it.
The media could not be loaded. I choose this radio over any other because it was from a trustworthy brand (Sony) and it was one of the cheapest at 399$ CAD ($300 US). I got it in 4 days instead of the 1-2 weeks they were saying.I went to a car electronics store (VitroPlus) which ordered the case needed to fit into my 2003 Toyota Corolla.I use Apple CarPlay ALL THE TIME, I almost never use the normal radio, even tho it works really well. It only works with Apple phones, there’s no Android Auto, but the Bluetooth fonction of the radio is so fast to connect to your phone, it’s instantaneous when you start the car.The settings are simple, and complete.I recommend it 100%, it transforms my old car into a techy car that I’m always excited to drive now. It impresses people when they get into your car.Only issue is that I’m not sure about the solidity of the USB port on long term, I would recommend ALWAYS let your USB cord plugged, only unplug your phone when you leave the car, plus you need an Apple brand USB cord.UPDATE: In august 2019, I installed an aftermarket backup camera that I plugged to my Sony radio. But products are working seamlessly together. It’s now been 8 months that I have it today (November 2019) and it still works great, but it seems to hate cold temperatures.

Impressive product, reliable and efficient
Sony is always ahead when it comes to Screens/Music/digital technology. They demonstrated another time their amazing knowledge with this product. I am completely satisfied, this same headradio is actually installed in brand new cars of last years. So imagine when you put that in your old car how it is a game changer. The analogic volume button is amazing, anytime you can adjust volume, anyone in the car who is annoyed or any emergency etc. It is a must according to me. The vocal system is amazing and all that with applecar. It is the best product you can buy for that amount of money. Have fun

Magic - Apple CarPlay for my 2012 Ram 1500
I have a 2012 Ram 1500 Big Horn w factory UConnect stereo but no touch/display screen. Had an issue with the stock stereo AM/FM transmitter chip. Radio would work intermittently for no reason but other functions were fine. Found a YouTube video with a potential fix but decided to upgrade anyways. Got this system recommended by my brother. No disc drive (don't use it anyways), but Apple CarPlay was an absolute must. very nice unit and one of the few with a knob for volume. Extremely happy with this purchase. Feels like a new truck:)Planning to also add tailgate handle backup camera to this unit this spring when the weather is better to install.
